APPOINTMENTS!!??? WHATS THAT. I MADE AN APPT. AS I HAD TO GO DURING LUNCH HOUR AND DONT KNOW WHY I EVEN BOTHERED. I WAITED 1.5 HOURS FOR A TWO MINUTE DRAW OF BLOOD. WAITING ROOM IS FULL OF CONTAGIOUS SICK PEOPLE, COUGHING AND SNEEZING ALL OVER THE PLACE. MY SUGGESTION IS GO TO YOUR PRIMARY DOCTOR AND HAVE THEM DRAW THE BLOOD THEMSELVES. ITS WORTH THE EXTRA 5 BUCKS. NEVER SAW A SMILE EITHER. AND NO PARKING! I TRIED TO CALL FOR THE HOURS WITH THE NUMBER THEY HAVE LISTED AND LO AND BEHOLD ITS A FAX NUMBER SO YOU CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT THE LOCATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst place ever doing anything. Made an appointment for a pre employment drug test. Waited over an hour and a half. On top of that they made a mistake with the samples so I have to take another test. Lady at front is stupid and rude and the lady administering the test was nice but also dumb . BEWARE

I agree. Terrible office. Incredibly unorganized. Appointments mean little. Intake clerks not helpful. I made an appointment for 11:30. Waited about 45 minutes before they told me they could not find my orders.

I had an appointment this morning at 8 am, is 1.15 pm, computers are down. Worst place for labs they lost my order.
