Had very VERY bad experience with this location. Wait time is long, the place if messy, employees are sleepy and give attitude, they do not put labels in specimen in front of you but make you sign the paper where it says that they did, especially employee by the name of Shirley is really unprofessional. We had to call main office and even then nothing happened. We spoke with Kathy, lady by the name of Michel, Melanie King (her manager is Ms.Swider all Miramar location) and were on the phone for 45 minutes. No help. Those people are very unprofessional and rude. Especially, it is sad when you get attitude from them. We did not receive the results in 3 weeks!!!! Quest corporate office needs to look into this or they will end up loosing a lot of customers and eventually whole business. I do not think their tests are accurate. Stay away from Quest Diagnostics and do your tests somewhere else! Please listen to us, do not regret later!

Ive been using their services for about five years. At first they were crowded and the wait time was uncertain, but about two (maybe three) years ago Quest made it possible to make an appointment. That has made all the difference in the world to me. It has also made it easier for the staff as they are now cheerful and polite. I make the appointment on line, show up on time, and Im out of there in five to ten minutes. And lately Ive noticed how polite and helpful the ladies are because this system makes their job easier. As I get older, I depend more and more on services like Quest to maintain good health. There are good folks at Quest and they have made it a pleasant experience.

I always have a fine experience at Quest on Sheridan in Hollywood! I have been going there for years. It seems that it is the patients are the aggressive and disgruntled ones. I always make an appointment first for the date and time, and havent had to wait more than 15 minutes. And, patients are rude when they just walk in and have to wait. They dont take into consideration that perhaps an employee may have called out sick, which leaves the facility down a phlebotomist, and then yell at them when the do go in. Its really appalling. Patients should think ahead, and make an appointment, everything goes lots smoother that way. I really like the people there.

This place is terrible, I have been sitting here for over an hour since they opened and they have seen 2 people in that time. Of course when your insurance company tells you you have to use them or you will have a higher payment at another lab you have very little choice. The people that work at this lab could care less if you sat there all day. What a terrible disgrace of a business, I hope that management would actually see this, since if this was my business I would be out of business with the service they offer.

Yes, the wait was long, but my terrified 10-year old had one of the best experiences ever drawing blood because of Geraldine. She was patient, funny, and knew how to finally get my daughter relax so the job could be done. After other horrifying experiences at other Quests closer to us, my daughter now only wants to come here so Geraldine can be the one to draw her blood. Well worth the long wait to see my daughter come out of there HAPPY.

My experience with this office has been HORRIBLE. My teen had to have a blood test and we waited for THREE HOURS, yes 3 hours. I finally went to complain. They got really offensive and replied that they did called out my name but I did not respond even though, I was about 3 feet from the window. Now the bill is being sent to my house under my 14 year old teen making her financially responsible. THIS OFFICE SUCK they really do.

Came in early this morning and the doors were open at 7:00 am by 7:05 they had called me and gathered my information . The employee were very nice especially Alejandra she was quick and good withdrawing my blood .. This is my first time in a Quest Diagnostic facility that treats me nice and fast ..

So unprofessional went to their location on Washington St at 12:30pm on Wednesday and was closed. Called and nobody knew anything they sent me to another location on Sheridan St. Just got there at 1:03pm and found a sign on the door they closing at 1:00pm!!! Incredible I lost half day bad bad

The lady at the front desk deserved one star * or less but everybody else was professional and nice. The new automated sign in system is too small and didnt take in to consideration older people with reading limitation and people with big hands or those who arent familiar with technology.

This place is missing care and concern! They are obviously so unhappy about their jobs. Could care less if your fasting, sitting here and feel like I could drop dead without any care. Only gave a one star, because theres no option to leave it BLANK.

Lost my husbands appointment. He had to wait over an hour to be taken. People drop off their stool samples right at the front desk. Bathrooms are filthy, there were no hand soap! Go to another location.
