Not a good review. Actually, I will never use Quest again, after many, many years of using their services. Got referral for blood work from my physician in Philadelphia, and moved to S Florida before I had the blood performed by Quest Diagnostics, as it has been my and my family practice for many years. 9 months later I get calls and letters from America Medical Collection Agency with a bill for $918.08. Wow, I have never received any calls from a "Collection Agency" specially because that was the first notice I received from anyone. Sent letter contesting the allegations and called them and immediately they removed the threat of moving forward with any action including derogatory on credit report, with the comment that "this claim should not be here". Called Quest and Blue Cross Blue Shield (my insurer) and after having them call each other with me on the conference call, apparently Quest was miss-billing the BC/BS in Florida, not in PA. We all thought the miscommunication was resolved. Move to December 2013, and bingo, I now have a $955.08 bill due and payable; attached was a Blue Cross Blue Shield check for $13.00. Awesome! After another round of calls, for the first time I am told that this particular Quest Diagnostics is an Out-of-Network provider, HENCE NO PAYMENT FROM BC/BS! It begs the question why at the time of service, my medical card was provided as well as the prescription, but no mention was made about being covered or not. I will fight this issue as far as i can go, but in the interim, either incompetence or inattention by the receptionist (i do not believe it was maliciousness, just overworked or too busy to pay attention to the little detail of eligibility) my advise to anyone using Quest is to be very, very careful. Go elsewhere if you want your doctor to get the test results. Theyre incompetent. I personally had them contact my doctor when I was there and get the fax number. But when I spoke to my doctors office, they had no results after a week. First they wanted the doctor to call them, even tho the fax number was already in the file. I made them pull the file, and when they found it, they agreed to fax it. Then I asked that the info be sent to my primary. They outright refused to do this, so when I asked for a supervisor, they hung up on me. I called again, asked for a supervisor, and got hung up on again.

The employees here act like they are doing you a favor. The experience is like going to the local DMV and if that is a good experience for you then you will have no problem here. I forgot my paperwork and instead of suggesting they might have it in the computer she looks at me and days "what are you doing here?" Seriously? I am youre customer, not the other way around. I told the person that it might be in the computer to which she responded "how would I know that?" ... Um... Look?

I HAD READ THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION, BUT IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT...THEY ARE FANTASTIC! THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ORGANIZED. ESSIE WAS MY "NURSE" AND SHE WAS GREAT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 25 MINUTES. NO APPOINTMENT...BRING A BOOK, BECAUSE YOU WILL WAIT!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff. I forgot my paperwork. She was very understanding and she asked me to just call my Dr and have the office fax it over. I was in & out quickly! The phlebotomist was very friendly as well. Thank you, Quest.

I went in for a appointed drug screening and accidentally flushed the toilet. I offered to do another one to assure nothing suspicious was done. The lady was rude with me and tagged my action on the note without any compromise

Make an appointment, 1 hour wait. No appointment, 1.5 hour wait. So many customers waiting that there is no place to sit... Appears that there are 2 technicians doing any work here.
