Very rude & inconsiderate! Online hours stated opened until 4:30 pm. Came out my way reached here at their door upstairs at 4:08pm. They said she cannot take me because they now close at 4pm. Seriously for 9 minutes you cant do an exception, its not my fault your information online is incorrect!! I even explained my situation, nothing changed her mind. Really unprofessional & unbothered. Never again will I come here!!

Do not come to this location they are very slow they move around like they have no care in the world they do not have enough space in the waiting area you have people standing up all in your face they make you sign in then sit down and have you sit there for another hour or two before they call you up to check you in I gave it a one star for effort but if I have to really rate them I wont give them any

Never will I return here again.Front Desk ( Blonde Hair Hispanic Female) very rude and unprofessional. I witness 4 patients walked in including myself and greeted her and she never responded or stop texting on her phone but push the clipboard towards each patient to sign in and never gave any instructions to any of us (like have a seat and youll be called).

Front desk lady was extremely rude. Kept trying to charge me for a whole bill including what insurance will pay. Called my insurance company who informed me that it was wrong but she refused to talk to them. All the while being extremely loud.
