Ive been here a few times and each time its been okay. This office is a lot cleaners and more organized than previous offices Ive been to. The staff, however, could use some manners. I didnt hear one "thank you" or "please" the entire time I was there. The folks that take your blood are hit or miss. One guy distracted me with questions while I didnt feel a thing and today the lady was silent and was pretty rough! But like I said before, this office is so much better than the some of the others.

I wish I could give a half star and that would only be for the nice lady sitting next to me. The website states that drug screens begin at 7am. I arrived early and waited for about 30 minutes only to hear the rude attendant tell me that drug screens start 8am. I stated that the website says 7am she just shrugged and side the website is wrong. She was beyond rude and a complete bizznatch.

the staff was very friendly here. i strongly suggest you make an appointment, as the place can get busy and you could potentially spend a long time waiting for a walk-in appointment. when they went to draw blood, it was so smooth that i barely noticed the needle was in. i was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Walked in as my Dr said to take your sample and drop it off. I walked it, signed in, then was told to sit and wait. For a drop off !!!! Horrible customer service. Had to wait awhile. In this day and age where customer service is so important this place is not at the top.

This place was awesome this morning when I went to get blood drawn. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, the staff was very friendly, and the place was spotless!

Very mediocre telephone service. Nobody answers that phone. Central time or not no human at at that lab. The recording goes on and on.

Is true when they say that tje people here is very rude, besides i did ha e ro wait 40 minutes and leave because of my work.

They talk down to you, they are rude, never smile.
