Muy bueno lo q an echo de poner los tables para anotarse pero es terrible que los drop off te han te esperar más de 30 minutos porque no los llamen y sigan el orden de la tabla es inconcebible totalmente que tengas q esperar más de 30 minutos para dejar una muestra de sangre totalmente absurdo e ineficiente de ustedes y esto solo me pasa el este quest que está ubicado 100 NW 170th St North Miami Beach, FL 33169 United States Siempre es lo mismo verdaderamente es irresponsables pero el día q me digan que se moliso una sangre ese día van a conocer bien porque cab a tener q ir ustedes hacer el laboratorio porque nosotros lo entregamos en tiempo ustedes hacen esperar demasiado tiempo aquí

The waiting room floor looked really dirty, the 2 front desk people were kinda of rude. U walk in, sign in, seat down, get called back 2 window give your info & then ask 2 b seated again. I had a 9am appt I made online, I arrive at 8:40am, it didnt matter no1 else there had an appt, all of them were walk ins, and I still had 2 wait 4 every1 there 2 go in b4 me. If u need 2 go get there when doors open at 8am, it should b quicker. I Finally get called in and Dennis was nice and professional. He took blood and did paperwork, all was done in less than 9 minutes. It was a big room and the door was open, I was sitting next to the door on the right & my 3yr old daughter was sitting on the other side of the door on the left. A lady walked in and place her urine cup on the table a foot away from my daughter. That was kinda gross and weird. If u have Medicaid or Medicare, this place is fine acceptable. But if u have real insurance that u pay for like Blue cross/blue shield then heck no dont go here.

One of the worst experiences ever. First off, there were filled urine specimen cups on the windowsill about 5ft from where I was getting my blood drawn--about 12 of them with paper towels covering them. Nobody there speaks English and the woman taking a blood sample from me was reluctant to listen to me and decided to poke a vein that did not exist. The door slams shut every time a person comes in. There are people coughing in the waiting room and rude staff at the front desk making them sit there and wait like sardines. The most disgusting lab experience of my life. I feel like I contracted some sort of a disease. This place should be shut down.

Worst place Ive ever been for any labs. To start off the lobby looks dilapidated. Rust on the walls from what I can assume is the metal studs rusting from inside the wall. Granted they probably cant do anything about that but once you walk into their office you walk into a crowded room. I scheduled an appointment at 12:15 for a urine drug screening, it is currently 12:42, I have a full bladder and no hope as to when Im going to be called. Theres no point in making an appointment because it is obviously not honored. I would drive the extra miles to any other questions diagnostics because I will never return to this one.

Even though you have the option of making an appointment online, I personally dont think it makes a big difference, show up before your appointment time ,youll still end up waiting at least 30 mns.But staff is polite,I got to give credit where it is due. The waiting room is small with limited sitting, the clientele is not really classy(if you know what I mean), if youre a picky person this location is not for you.Fyi this place is not wheelchair accessible.

No stars for this place. You never get anyone on the phone. There is always a recording saying the office is closed even during open hours. I did a test and after a month they still did not send results back to my doctor and I tried calling without success. This place is crap. People could die waiting for results.

Any time we have gone with an appointment the staff took care of us immediately other than one time, we all make mistakes! The staff has been nothing but professional, very nice, and usually there are smiles and a greeting Good Morning or Good Afternoon......I will continue to schedule my appointments here.

I booked a 9:45 appointment and the place was crowded linda took my drs orders and Denis drew my blood was a very nice and pleasant experience this is the best Quest office nice and clean very polite ladies at the front desk outstanding phlebotomist skills. At 10:00 am i was done with my blood work.

I had to get some time off work to do urine drug testing at quest and guess what - I had to wait an hour and a half until I was even admitted... After people who definitely came for drug testing after I did. Its unorganized, and definitely not kept clean. Will never come again!

When ever I go to this Lab I never have a problem I always try to make an appointment before I go it takes about 15 to 20 minutes the staff are always nice am an hard stick so Ill tell whoever is taking care of me and they got it on one stick thats my experience.

After reading the reviews I expected to hate this place but surprisingly I received quick and friendly service. I walked in around 8:50 am without an appt for a drug screening via urine and was out in less than 45 mins. Get here early and you should be fine.

I have seen a few negative reviews about this location.I visited this morning becsuse of its convenience. They are prompt, helpful,courteous and extremely pleasant.The place is old yes but clean and up to date, I had a very pleasant experience.

Worst experience EVER!!! Dirty, rude, hours to wait to even call your name before you even go to the back - Do yourself a favor and never go here - it would be better to drive to another quest an hr away- SO TERRIBLE!!!

Appointment appoinment! dont have an appointment been waiting an hour.. If not seen within hour in half will change my rating. Unsure how walk in policy goes. All O.know I really need to urinate! Bladder hurting now

Horrible, they close the door 10 minutes before 12 on Saturdays and I wasnt able to drop off my specimen ! Im so frustrated after I drove that far these people didnt open !

Do not waste your time. Had 1:45 PM appointment. Arrived 1:40 with 2 people ahead of me. Waiting an hour and nothing yet. Will never ever come back.

Overcrowded and undersunderstaffed, this is the worst "quest" so far.two hours waiting here just for them to take my insurance information.
