Horrible customer service!!! Lady called Melissa gave me the back when I was politely asking how long I had to wait. I waited for almost 3 hrs Until I realized that the lady that arrived after 2:40 hrs I was sitting over there, was called (with no apt and for a pre-employment test just like me) before me. These ladies at the front desk move the papers at will with no respect to patients, really rude .. When Politely approached them... There was a young lady waiting for blood test and fasting she was almost fainting ... Everybody was upset..,I was let in because a short white lady (my fault that I didnt get her name) was very polite and went to check he list I signed when I came in and found out, that the lady that was called before me just arrived 15 min before without appt. Not a place to go back... Put more techs to work over there!!!!

What is the purpose of making an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour to get a blood test? I came before making an online appointment and i was told that without appointment the wait would be approximatelly one hour, went back home, schedule an appoitnment and came back a week later, next thing you know the waiting time still over an hour, so what is the purpose of making an appointment? I arrived at 10:35am for a 10:45am appointment and left a 11:50am, over an hour waiting time to get a procedure that only takes 5minutes to accomplish. Will never come back to this place or any other branch, from now on i will make sure my physician has its own lab so i dont have to be send to any of these patetic locations.

This place is absolutely horrendous. My mother almost passed out there today. Her blood pressure was through the roof and they had her sitting there all day with nothing to eat. They wouldnt even expedite the process so that she could go out and grab a bite after her blood test. She had to be escorted to her car because she was so weak. These people who call themselves medical professionals are horrendous. They Have horrible bedside manner and treat people like filth. Had my mom died in Your offices today, I would sue your asses off you hear me. And I would win. I would definitely win. There was only one woman there who treated my mom with any decency. Kudos to Simone for treating people like human beings.

Very bad service, is incredible, how they dont care about customer. I spent all the morning from 8:10 am to 1:34 pm; 4 hours 1/2 waiting there was only two people (slaves employees, poor human persons) for more that 60 customers. that is no fair. they abused of us. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AND SAY TO YOUR DOCTOR, THAT YOU DONT WANT TO GO THERE. I DONT COMMENT IT. there is no government control. nobody said nothing..... is very sad and the Corporation they dont do nothing. only pay me, because you have to sign to them a letter if the insurance do not pay them. we are only money money for them. and how the Corporation tried us. and handle their employees.... very sad!!!! nobody said nothing..............

The wait time was extremely long , but there are only 3 people working here . . . They did what they could to get patients in and out , and tried to keep good spirits. They were kind and were very nice to patients even the ones who had a bad attitude. The workers here are nice, but I think they are over worked and extremely understaffed. Who ever is in charge of the hiring process needs to get it together and hire more people . These wait times have customers very unhappy and taking their frustration out on the WRONG people . The staff can only do so much . Get it together corporate!!!

If I could give zero stars i would. The locations staff is rude and they dont care about the patients, my husband sat in that waiting room for 3 hours fasting, when he finally approached the window the person there said well you have to wait we only have one person here doing the tests.. and your name is not in the insurance card so we have to call the insurance so you will be here for a while!!! Seriously!!! unacceptable.. I have since put in a grievance with their corporate office...

Ive been here probably 2 or 3 times its pretty easy-going you walk in you sign your name on the sign-in sheet they call you up and ask you for the paperwork then they call you up again and let you know that your insurance should cover everything but just in case provided credit card information and then they call you in and then you give your blood or whatever you came to do the whole process is probably between 15 to 25 minutes pretty painless

The worse service!!!...I waited 2 hours and then when I went to the window to ask how much longer, I saw my paper at the desk and they said you have 10 more people ahead of you, I said I dont think so because everyone that is here before me is gone ..Im here for 2 hours now..and she didnt care at all, gave my paper back and told me have a great day....Unbelievable ..treating people like animals and like they dont care about you!!!.

Understaffed consistently. Waited 4.5 hours one day because I need a quick blood test and did not have lead time to make an appointment. Useless to call because you can not talk to a human about test results which seem to take an unbelievable amount of time to get. Terrible customer service. Been advised that the company was recently sold. Wasnt great before, even worse now. Will explore other options.

As Im sitting here for my 1:30 appointment the receptionist just called in one guy who had his appointment at 1:45 and two others without appointments. They have no order and it seems if the person doesnt like you from the moment you talk to them they make you wait. Sounds like people should be fired since Ive seen only the same comments on here.

This place is the worst Ive ever been. They skipped my name and after I realized the time waited for an appointment I ask her about me and she said she didnt put my paperwork in computer. I Waited another hour and I ask again, I she just told me oh "I forgot " after been here fasting for a whole day... Now is 3 pm.

SHOULD BE FIRED!!!...The time on the door says they close an hour earlier than the web site....and the girls say you should make an appointment when you check in....No where on the site does it say make an appointment!!!...

In the future if my doctor cannot get my blood done at his office, Ill do it at home myself or in a dark alley somewhere...because certainly those options have to be better than waiting here for close to four hours with an appointment...while fasting. Absolutely absurd!!!

Absolutely the worst staff I have ever seen. 50 people waiting and they move like snails. Hanging around the front counter talking and more worried about whats for lunch. Corporate needs to take a strong look at this location.

Friendly staff, but the waiting time is extreme. My advice would be to arrive early and set aside half of your day. Ive been here going on an hour already, and I was just told the wait time is another two hours.
