I took my in-laws to this location. I cant speak for the rest of the crew but the lady on computer #3 on July 24 at around 7am lacked of customer service skills. She was rude and the way she spoke to people shows her lack of tolerance. The first thing that came out of her mouth was to her coworker who was sitting on computer #2 "we are going to have a good day today "(with a sarcastic tone). Her rudeness was uncalled for neither is to say.

Horrible horrible customer service. One lady was screaming peoples names from the counter and impatient with me when I needed to call my doctor for more information. Another gave me supplies for my UA, but didnt say a word to me about what to do with it and got mad at me when she found me waiting in the lobby for further instruction. Apparently I should already know the process and asking her to do her job is too much. No thanks.

Rudest front desk employee EVER!!! Something needs to be done. At first I gave 1 star. That was my initial review, but I upped it a star because the nurse who drew blood was friendly and did great. I feel bad that the initial impression is thrown off due to 1 specific very unpleasant employee. Seems like the other girls make up for her incompetence.

I went without an appointment, was in within 10 minutes.... Regina was delightful and had that light touch when giving the shot. Being an older person I worry about bruising, but she was so good that there were no after affects of bruising. It was a most delightful experience.

Experience was much better than my last visit. Sheneil had an excellent attitude and was very positive. My only complaint is their schedule. I would give 5 stars if they opened at 5:30 or 6am to accommodate early morning fasting blood draws.

A very nasty place. Customer service is absolutely mediocre and inexperienced toward patients. I dont trust the test results from there because they are too mediocre. Unfortunately, theres no 0. I would give them a big ZERO.

The office staff is very unprofessional. People are there for sometimes not good circumstances and they are very insensitive and lack compassion. The office staff needs to be changed.

Val was very pleasant and drew my 5yr olds blood very easily. The facility isnt that nice but it got the job done. If you plan on going, bring a jacket. Its very cold inside.

IMPOSSIBLE to set an appointment without using their awful automated service that has NO customer service people available and all of their local lines have been disconnected.
