Id give ZERO stars if that was an option. This company treats patients with contempt and disrespect because they know we have no choice but to put up with it. I couldnt get an appointment, so I showed up an hour before they close, knowing that the longest Ill have to wait is 90 minutes.I watched 3 people leave, all of whom had appointments over an hour before, yet were not yet seen. They had ONE tech on duty! When I complained about that, I Learned that the other one was at lunch! That tech returned and the first one went to lunch -- 30 minutes before they close! One of them told me that they called the company this morning to say they needed help, and were told to deal with it. But we have no choice. SHAME ON YOU, LABCORP

The lady on the front desk was rude , condescending to the point of humiliating some of the elder none English speakers. Shouting at customers and making you feel like they dont want you there is the way she operate. The attitude of the stuff was as if the customers are there to bother them. I think that they forgot that health care service should include customer service. the Lady at the front desk should find a job in a correctional facility, she already got the attitude for it

Waste of time!!!!! . You make an appointment only to wait 3 hours after appointment. Understaff and unprofessional. Who would run a business like this?! Your hard earn money to insurance companies down the drain. I am disgusted that people who are fasting are having to wait this long..absolutely no regard for your time. Go to Quest Diagnostics and avoid these disorganized mess please! !!

My appointment was at 1pm. Ive waited for over 45 minutes and still have not been called. I came with a baby who is will get fussy, and now I have to sit and wait so that I do t have to come back and go through another wait. Front desk girl didnt direct anyone on filling out forms, all the patients had to ask if there was anything they needed to do to speed up the process.

This place sucks. The receptionists are rude and unpleasant. If you make an appointment and arrive on time, you will still have to wait at least half an hour. Once I arrived without an appointment and was told the wait would be three hours. This review is based on half a dozen visits. The place is consistently bad. I am going elsewhere in future.

Had a 2:00 appointment. Was told I would have to wait until at least 3:00 because they were short staffed. When asked if they could reschedule to another day I was told, in a rude tone, that I had to do it myself. Every time I come here, with an appointment, they are short staffed and running behind schedule.

First off, make an appointment. 2 hours is about the time youll wait for a walk in. Why did I give it 5 stars, because of Aida. She was amazing and extremely professional. Ive always had problems when I needed blood drawn. She was able to get everything done in lest than 2 minutes. It was well worth the wait.

I am writing this review in the lobby of their office. Typically, I am pretty patient, but now waiting for 3 hours as a walk-in is outrageously ridiculous! I am only waiting because I have no other day off in the week. I would not recommend this office at all. Please, stay away and go somewhere else!

Since my blood tests are on a regular schedule, I always make an appointment well in advance. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes past my scheduled time for blood to be drawn. The staff is always friendly and professional. Ive been to other offices, and by far this office is the best.

Worst experience, 2 hour wait with only 2 people working, and only one person at times. Some people had been there since 9:30 and had been waiting for 4 hours before they were seen. I walked out because I had another doc appointment to get to.
