The staff Ada and Raul are ignorant to the types of insurance LabCorp takes; they think they dont accept Medicaid. They also saw that I am 30 weeks pregnant with no chair available in their lobby- I told them Ill be outside waiting sitting down due to no chairs available- they told me they dont call or look for patients outside their lobby. That was Ada specifically. You can tell she was well brought-up right? Then after waiting an hour, Raul calls me in to explain I had a balance. Thats something he shouldve told me right after checking in, not an hour later. After seeing the balance I told him "Oh thats just because they havent submitted it to my secondary yet. My secondary always pays my balances. I come once a month. Ive never paid a dime here". He didnt understand that since he thought LabCorp didnt take Medicaid. So like an uneducated degenerate, he told me I could not do any blood work that day. They kicked me out. They said I cant do anything until the balance is cleared. Even after I explained they take my secondary and it pays them every time. I couldnt even speak to a manager... they dont have one. I had to call LabCorp main number to file a complaint. Kind of sucks cuz you know nothing will get fixed with that. At least if you see this youll save your time and dignity and avoid this location altogether. After speaking with LabCorp billing over the phone they apologized to me about the staff- they said they shouldnt have done that because they take ALL INSURANCES. So they filed another complaint for me... they were trying to be nice.

Drove 30 mins to drop off my babies stool samples, called and the system doesnt allow to talk to someone at the location. Arrived before it closed on a Saturday and the door was locked and i could hear people inside. Knocked on the door demanding service and nothing. Im going back to our family doctor and requesting quest diagnostics. Apparently the staff at this Lab Corp dont know their own ours. Reporting this to corporate. I will not stop till i get an answer!

HORRIBLE STAFF ! ESPECIALLY THERE IS AN OLD BIG GUY SITTING IN THE COUNTER, REFUSES TO GIVE HIS NAME, NONE HAS NAME TAGS ! HE WAS ON PHONE WITH HIS PERSONAL CALLS ETC., DONT CARE ATTITUDE, AND HE IS RUBBING THE SAME ATTITUDE TO THE OTHER LADY EMPLOYEE IN THE COUNTER ! LOBOTOMIST IS DIRTY AND USES THICK NEEDLE, EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED HER TO USE THE THINNEST NEEDLE, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF, AND FOLLOW ALL HEALTH GUIDELINES, OR FIRE THEM AND REPLACE AT ONCE

They were extremely punctual with my appointment. The nurse was well skilled and performed my blood work with zero discomfort. Incredibly convenient location and so far I have seen any issues with congestion or long wait times. The online scheduling could use some improvement and the parking was fair. But when I can get an analysis done in 20 mins and be on my way, its a good thing.

I took my mom for labs and they were very kind to her. Drawing blood from my mom is not easy and the nurse/phlebotomist was professional enough to ask for help from another nurse. I have taken my mom twice and they are always sweet to her.
