Horrible. Made an online appointment and waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes. With only one person waiting with me and one other person wallking out. A simple lab test should not take very long, especially already having made an apppointment. Most importantly, if you do go here, they employees DO NOT check your insurance to make sure you are covered (which is done at every other doctor office/lab). So make sure you ask whether you are covered (yes, unfortunately you have to do their job). Spoke with a Quest Diagnostics supervisor who told me its not their responsibility to check insurance. So how do they protect against fraud? Since you will be doing their job, you might as well bring a broom and some cleaning products as the place is unclean. Apparently the janitor doesnt do the job either here. Very dissapointed and a complaint made with the proper authorities.

I have been to this location several times and service is good and office is clean. My problem is that I have questions prior to my appointments and their is ABSOLUTELY N0 ONE TO SPEAK WITH. I spent an hour trying different numbers and the internet and it all leads back to the automated 866 number. Than they have an option to speak with an operator or customer service and what you get is another automated recording saying that I have reached then after hours ??? I tried this several times and the same thing over and over. My calls where made at 11 PM 1 Pm and so on and it was a Wednesday ??? Great place but cant ask any questions about your prescription, fasting etc.

I have been going there with my wife for since they opened at that location and always was taken in on time. The people who work there always treated us with professionally and are friendly. We in all the times that we have been there had only one small problem. That was when they took my blood for some reason it left a large black and blue mark on my arm. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. The greeter was welcoming. Extremely fast service. Over all experience was great. I will continue my labs at this location for future services
