EXCELLENT! Update: Now it is 2016. Still my favorite lab for all the same reasons. Oh. And if you dont want to wait, make an appt online. Usually I am taken in on time. Never beyond 15 min past my appt time. EXCELLENT! Quest Diagnostics is my preferred place to have labs drawn. I have labs drawn every 2 to 6 months for 15 years now. We have lived here in Florida since 2002. I have had labs drawn at other labs (MIMA - feels like you are a cow in a herd, dark & dingy. OSLER is ok. Some other lab that was on our insurance - very bad. OMNI - ok, as in not horrible.Health First and Holmes also ok.) BUT Quest Diagnostics is always bright. The people may be busy but they are very human and helpful if you ask any questions. It never hurts in any of these transactions to say, "Thank you for your help." which I do say and mean it. I have hard to find veins. None of the lab techs ever implies,"I know how to draw your blood. I dont need your suggestions." I have had lab techs at other labs do that, but not at Quest. They hear me out when I say where the easiest draw is and thats where they get the draw from. EXCELLENT at what they do. And as I said, they have ALWAYS been courteous to me. They call my doctors office to clarify an order when obscure for whatever reason. They tell me if Medicare wont cover a cost for a lab draw so I can decide whether or not to have it drawn. And before the remodeling maybe it wasnt the spic n span clean waiting room, but even so, it was the best lab around. Now it has been remodeled and looks super and clean. So much the better. But having the excellent lab techs is what makes the difference for me. I am very glad they are there.

The staff at Quest are courteous, and have not had a bad experience with actually having labs drawn. The facility its self is DISGUSTING!!! The floors are filthy, and its obvious that the waiting room is never cleaned! I feel like Im actually going to catch something just sitting in the nasty chairs they have. Unfortunately they seem to be the lab of choice for most in this area. My suggestion is to see if there are other options!!

I am very disappointed with the service from this center. I am visiting the Melbourne area and needed to get blood work before my trip to europe. Quest on Elizabeth street Melbourne, still has not faxed the report back to my doctor in NY (18 hours later) and they dont pick up their telephones. Im leaving for europe in 4 hours. Its hard to do business with someone that you can not get in touch with.

They brought me back after a 45 min wait. Took my ID and order form. Put me a desk where nobody is sitting. Then forgot why Im here after 15 mins. And now cant find my ID and paper work. Complete cluster. Terrible. I can only hope when this is done the correct urine goes to the correct place so I never have to come back here again.

I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment just in case. (I read the reviews). Here I am, still somehow waiting..... late for this appointment. I have other things to do today and this just killed an hour of my time......Im pregnant, my feet hurt, my back hurts and Im hungry. But here I am....waiting.....

Bring a good book and your lunch. Too many people, with appts and walk-ins, and too few lab techs. The only reason to make an appt is to do the paperwork at your appointed time then its sit and read again (in a small room with not enough chairs for those waiting).

Still here. There systems is terrible. Called three times yesterday and couldnt get anyone to answer phone to make an appointment. Have been here over an hour and still have 5 people in front of me. I would find anywhere but here to go. I will NEVER be back!

Worst place to schedule an appointment. "Ladies" that answer phone choose not to help and the toll free number is a joke. I speak pretty darn clear, yet, operator "cannot understand". This of course sends caller--me--back into an unending loop.

Clear your entire afternoon if you want to have service here because youll be waiting at least 2 hours before they even see you...and this place sucks rude ass employees who get mad when you ask how long youll be there

I tried to cancel an appointment for a friend who was in the hospital but the automated system wont let me unless I have a confirmation number. You cant speak to a person which is ridiculous.

Prompt friendly service, they are great at getting you in and out. the only issue is the lab being closed form 12-1, making it impossible to get work done on a lunch break..

Make an appointment!!! They will tell you that you dont need one but they take appointments first and walking are first come first serve. Been waiting for over an hour.
