Worst customer service I have ever had!!! no compassion, rude, and unhelpful, had to collect urine for my 1yr old son born with severe hypospadias which does not make collection easy, at first rude front desk lady (Mekia) gave me 2 collection bags I explained I had been through this many times and I needed 5 just in case I did explain my child had a birth defect her response was thats my problem and wouldnt be giving me 3 extra bags, after my explaining I did become extremely frustrated lost my temper which is out of character made a scene and told her I would not believe leaving without those bags, left in tears but I got those bags will never be going to that Quest Diagnostics ever again

Today, without an appointment, I was attended to by Rikkia who had me go in immediately after signing in. She is polite and very kind. I have been going to this location for 2 years. Prior to Quest I was always sent to LabCorp. There is no comparison. The staff at Quest are polite, professional and efficient. Even when going without an appointment and a full waiting room, I have never waited more than 30 minutes. The waiting room and lab facilities are always clean and well lit. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. Upon renewing my annual insurance, I check to be sure I can continue going to Quest for lab work. I love your facility.

Despite speaking very clearly, the automated machine invariably receives and misstates the wrong information every time that I try to make an appointment. Quest Diagnostics makes this even more difficult for you to telephone them! They do NOT provide you with a direct phone number to contact them. I think that this company is very patient hostile!! It needs to make vast improvements!! Also, you need to contact your patients!! Pay attention to how difficult it is for us to contact you!! Your current system is a huge disaster, and is totally unacceptable!!! TAKE ACTION NOW!!!!!!

Walked in was yelled at to walk to back. Didnt understand where to go so I called over to the sitting tech, and she got very impatient and re YELLED. At me and my kids to go through a door. All without greeting us and personally showing the door. I was hesitant and would have left but my child needed blood work done and fasted all day. Not really impressed with this location because of that yelling person. Maybe she should go to finishing school . Cant believe shes a professional.

Had an appointment and theres over an hour wait. Rude staff. All the Quests in the entire area suck. Better off not going at all and just deal with not getting blood taken. I dont have time for this BS. The entire lobby is completely full and I havent eaten anything. We need competition to come in and take business from these people. Im going to have to tell my doctor to forget it that I could not get blood results. This is beyond pathetic.

Came in to drop off a sample of feces for my baby and they made me wait in the waiting room for over 25 minutes. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Then, when I went in to drop it off the lady was very rude and slow. Terrible place. Have compassion for people sitting outside with a bag of melting crap please.

Rude! Had appointment from online name was never called until I said something even then they didnt believe and I had to show proof of my appointment. No sorry! from them just attitude from both ladies at desk. Never will return there again once was enough.

"Short staffed" sign as soon as you walk in and there is a full waiting room. Appointments seem to be worthless . Go elsewhere this place is awful . When I told the missing receptionist that I had an appointment she gave a funny face too . Lol
