Ive had so much lab work over the years but this place is the worst by far. I recently had to have a genetic test for cancer. This test requires a bit more paperwork than a normal blood draw. I could never get a hold of a person on the national Quest phone line nor was there a clear information available on the website; the worst part was the treatment by the staff at this service center. I presented my order for the genetic test and I was told that the order was not specific enough. When I asked how to fix this I was literally told you expect me to look this up in the computer while I have people here waiting?! The woman then called the next person on the list and pretended like I wasnt there anymore. I ended up going to a different service center location. I will not use quest again as I will stick with the labcorp.

Arrived 0855 for 0900 appt. Didnt get seen until 0945. I suspected I was skipped somehow when an older gentleman was called "for your appt". He had arrived way after my arrival. On the sign-in sheet, "0900" appt I wrote down, had been circled. I sat near the front window the whole time, watching people who had arrived after me, come and go and my name was never called. Only after I went up to the front the second time, did I finally get results, sort of. Waited another 15 minutes before they called my name. Been going there for over two years without a problem. But I have noticed over a period of time, a slow decline in attentiveness. Lack of management.
