This is my first time coming here and I spent a lot of time finding the place. There is no signal whatasoever neither outside nor inside the building. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment looking for the place. Once inside, it took a half hour for them to call me, even having an appointment. I was called the first time, then had to wait for another 10 minutes. The staff is very nice! My review for them would be 5 stars.

The wait is ridiculous, and the staff is terrible. I asked if I was in the right location and the staff told me that she will let me know once they call my name (it doesnt make sense). I have been waiting for 2+ hours, my name has been called once just to ask what is my weight and height. To make the situation worse, the staff does not speak English.

The office management is a complete disgrace the people are completely disrespectful. They messed up my appointment and they were cursing about patients in Spanish. I am completely upset and disappointed in this type of office management. I work at a doctor office and this was just a disgrace.

I will never come here again... you make an appointment and still have to wait 3+ hours the staff is unprofessional and have no sense of urgency... and a huge lack of organization... do not recommend this location to no one... if there was a way to write a review and put no stars I would...

Always come by appointment and even then youre not guaranteed a quick visit. My last visit two weeks ago took 40 minutes from my appointment time. The staff is professional and courteous though. I just wish the place was opened on weekends.

It is better to make appointments than to do a walk in. Hours of operation are 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday. However, Drug screenings are on from 10 am - 2pm.
