Be Inspired

If a loved one is seen at this location,Id strongly advise accompanying them to the visit... The office was fully staffed with what seemed like a flock of women just there for a check.Elderly patients are walked over by rude ,impatient,carefree employees.Patients wait for hours to be seen or for transportation all awhile the staff sits around gossiping about how "these" patients get on there nerves.After a Two hour wait of being told"I gave them the paper work"& "I dont know" by the receptionist (forgot to get her name) I asked the other receptionist for a manager and 15 minutes later the matter was resolved.

Im very disappointed with Jencare 2124 Candler Rd. Decatur ,Ga. My appointment (treadmill) was scheduled for 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45 AM. Its 11:16 AM and Im still in the waiting area. Its been 11 hours since I have had food or water. Were senior citizen and its not fair to make us wait such a long time, before were seen. I drove for 45 minutes to get here on time. The sad part is I retired from the medical field. If our patients had a 10 AM appointment, they was seen at that time. Please take care of senior citizens???
