This was the worst experience ever, The ultrasound Tech Ms. Ruth violated HHIPA LAW, I was getting a ultrasound and Ms. Ruth had her Bluetooth ear buds in with her phone faced up while she was questioning me, She waited until I was on the table to say wait this is the wrong patient what is your name? what is your birthdate? and she asked me more then 5x do I have any pelvic pain and I told her NO and she still wrote it on my chart, She was not listening to me, and was distracted by the person who was in her earbuds, as soon as my exam was over she ran out the room with her phone and continued her conversation, she then yelled up the hallway around the corner to the receptionist, She is finish she need to make a appointment, What was the point of her yelling my business through the halls? I asked her do she see anything I should be aware of? her response was, she dont know she just take the pictures.. Ms. Ruth was very unprofessional and should be reprimanded for her actions.

Horrible experience ever! They didnt call and verified my insurance when I gave them all my information. When I got in the back they were only suppose to run blood work only covered by my insurance. Later I got a bill of almost $200, because they didnt file my insurance to know what they covered. Then I go to get my prescription after going in February I was still getting refills off my old obgyn, because they never sent it in. I go to the office after they never answer the phone after a hour of trying to get through, to see where my prescription was being filled after I told them which pharmacy I wanted. I go to where they said and they dont have a prescription for me there either. Asked could I get a written prescription they said the doctor said no after they messed up everything. So I paid them for my records and WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN OR WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE!

Horrible place to go. They are so unprofessional and very very very slow (Youd think they would be faster because they have so many doctors there.) Went for an ultrasound and the doctor told me that I wasnt allowed to review the results the same day, even though the nurse told me that I could. They just want your money! My co-pay with insurance is $70 and they tried to schedule me for the same issue 4 different times in 1 month. Gave me medication that didnt help my situation, it only made it worse. Whenever you call the number they have posted as their phone number you either wont get an answer/they will keep forwarding you to a voicemail box that no one attends to!! Never in my life will i ever suggest these people nor will i ever return again. Very unprofessional and very greedy if you ask me. Good luck on your visit. If this doesnt explain them enough, I dont know what will.

The staff are awesome, polite, kind and professional at the clinic! The waiting area and the rooms are immaculate. Dr. White is my doctor and I am extremely pleased with his service to me. He is topnotch! Unfortunately, the phone system gets a low rating. You might get put on hold for an extended time frame. I called five times today and got in a loop and dropped in voice mail. When you finally get someone and tell your story, you will NOT get an apology. You will be put on hold without a notice. Telephone etiquette or customer service skills are minimal at best. Instruction in customer service could benefit this awesome clinic. People cant do what they do not know. If training could become a priority and included in the performance standards and ratings, reviews would sky rocket. Just expressing my observation, since I am a retired HR person. Thank you.

First time, about 2 weeks ago Waited 2 hours in the lobby then 1 hour in the doctors office just to be seen. Doctor was friendly and sincere. Second time, waited 30 mins then went in. Same Doctor, this time with an attitude, didnt even look at the chart and had no idea why mom was there and for what follow up. Went to the pharmacy for the prescribed meds but they never received the prescription. I guess thats the norm for GÀ hospitals. Eagles Landing Family Practice also forgot my prescription. Called the only number online which is the same number for all SMC locations, but they never answered the phone during the 30 mins I tried to call. Now the office is closed. Will have to attempt to call during my lunch break tomorrow since Im not taking a sick day. Last time going there for sure.

The staff was great but Dr White was awful. He seems to be too caught up in his own feelings to be able to properly listen to a patient. He refused to look my husband and I in the eyes and hesitated even shaking our hands when initially walking in the room. You dont tell a patient that has Lupus that Lupus is a killer genius, as if I dont know this already... very unprofessional when he wanted to argue with me. If it was any other day and I wasnt in so much pain from the kidneys stones, the reason I was there in the first place, I would have set him straight. I dont deal with unprofessionals that act like ignorant racists.

Horrible experience!!! Waited 2 hrs to see the doctor with an appointment!!! The doctor prescribed medications that Medicaid did not cover I tried to call them back so the nurse can talk to the doctor and recommend the right medication and they never got back to me. I have been chasing them for days!! My mother is Diabetic and soon her medication will be running out! I dont recommend this clinic at all...

The staff is very friendly and nice. The doctor as well as the midwife sat and listen to what I had to say. Once I was done they did a full exam and blood work as well gave me some medication to help with my issues. She gave me a follow up appointment as well referred me to an specialist that is very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place.. Every staff member & doctors in there are loving, helpful, and someone you can just be yourself. I also love the group classes. I was able to interact with other soon to be mothers. My sisters also goes there. This place is very family oriented. 10 stars

My appointment was at 9 am I didnt get seen until 10:30 the doctor forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. They forgot to get my blood work. Ive been here twice and both experiences were horrible. I will never go back!!!

When you call there is NO answer and when finally someone does, its to transfer you to a VOICEMAIL!! There are so many in there, but they are just there to socialize. Wont go back ever!! And definitely dont recommend it.

Horrible and extra rude! I called to reschedule my appointment and ask a question and the way I was spoken to was super horrible. Professionalism is nonexistent. I was being rushed off the phone and then called crazy.

Horrible experience, the Dr. was very rude. He prescribed medication without even examining the area of concern. Will not be back. I wish this rating system was designed to give 0 star. 1 star is too many!
