I was at the counter to pick up my medicine and the clerk asked if I had already received it. Then the pharmacist asked if I had already phoned it in. To both questions I honestly answered, no. Both employees seemed skeptical. It was humiliating because if I had already received the meds, why would I be at the counter trying to pick them up? Also, after the Presidential election, while waiting in line, a pharmacy assistant was gleeful, based on her conversation with the customer she was waiting on, about the election results. She was wasting my time while shooting the breeze and unprofessional. I voted for Hillary and wasnt happy to have it rubbed in my face that she lost, while at the pharmacy. And, my OB/GYN prescribed meds that were off the market. She was terminated or resigned, unsure of what happened. A scheduler/receptionist, at the Alpharetta location,, was fired because of a book she was reading about witchcraft. Christian staff felt uncomfortable around her. They probably feel uncomfortable around Muslims, Jews and Buddhists, too. The single-parent woman, had been working there for 8 years. I guess Federal law protecting religious freedom doesnt matter at KP. My husband is diabetic and his doctor would not prescribe the medicine that controlled his diabetes because it wasnt on Kaisers prescribed list of drugs and we discovered its very expensive. Consequently, his Health has drastically declined under KPs care. Needless to say, my husbsnd and I will not be using Kaiser ever again in life. However, most receptionists, security and the yoga instructor in Sandy Springs, are very nice. Cant wait to switch to another health plan during open registration.

Another disappointing experience with Kaiser! I waited about a month for a dermatology appointment for my daughter and myself. I drive all the way to Sandy Springs from Powder Springs (approx 28 mi) only to get there and be told that my appointments were cancelled. I was told that they called Friday at 5 pm and left a message that the appointments were cancelled; however, I did not receive any messages nor do I have Kaisers number in my call log for Friday at all. My problem with that is: 1. If someone makes an appointment a month ago and the doctor, for whatever reason is unable to keep that appointment another doctor should see that patient. My goodness Ive already waited a month. 2. Friday at 5 pm is too late for me to cancel my day off. So now I have to schedule another day off? 3. I got an automated text on Friday to confirm my appt for today. Im starting to regret signing on with Kaiser again and sad I have to stick with them until Dec 31st. I hope they get their act together.

I would like to extend my utmost thanks to my sons doctor, whose name I wont mention here. Kaiser has a long way to go in the mental health category, but my sons doctor in behavioral health went WAY above and beyond in caring for him. He spent a very long time with him and really seemed to CARE about him as a person. We had to drive an hour to get there, but it was well worth it. Very impressed with Kaiser at the moment.

Love this place! Would have given five stars, if not for the parking and moving from Gen Lake. Stay away from Crescent Center pharmacy. Have issues three out of four visits. Staff is mostly friendly, possibly short staffed. 95% positive visits at Sandy Springs.

I give a 4 only because of the horrible parking situation. When that project is complete, Ill rate it a 5.

Parking is a mess right now. The valet is actually making things worse.
