I went to this Dr last year 2-3 times overall I had to have a follow up appt I didnt bother to go back, there staff was pleasant over the phone on my first visit after that it seem to be an issue my visits were very unpleasant forget that the place is fabulous, if they put that much time into there clients and making us feel like there fabulous furniture I would have something more good to say, I decided to call today for an emergency appt to no avail alls I got was NO NO NO NO!!!! with out even one suggestion as to my care or an alternative to do or you can get an appointment tomorrow, nothing.... Horrible uncaring staff I snagged my big toe nail on a laundry basket and the majority of it is hanging off its still attached only by a corner to painful for me to cut off myself Im in severe pain

So far, the laser fungus treatment is a promising service, however, the unprofessional customer service will ensure I will take my business elsewhere. When I went for my second follow-up, which I made an appointment for, I wasnt even seen because for some reason, the front desk must have forgot I was sitting there, to say the least. Other people walked in well after me and were immediately seen for service as I sat there waiting and watching the clock. Thirty minutes passed and I still wasnt seen, so I walked up to the front desk and told them I had to get to class and would be leaving. Not a remorseful apology whatsoever nor a logical reason as to why I was left waiting well past my appointment time.

We did not have a god experience with this office. I am sure that they are very profitable but I dont think they cared about me as a patient. They were very nice and friendly, the place was clean and comfortable. These are all positive things and would matter a great deal if they did the most important thing and treat me like a "patient " not a source of income. I have worked in several doctors offices over the years. Some have genuinely cared about their patients, some have genuinely cared about making money. I have no doubt which end of the spectrum this office is on.

I waited many years to get my toenail removed because I expected it to be a very painful procedure. I was completely wrong, I didnt feel a thing! I was treated by Dr. Jason Morris and his colleague who made my experience a pleasant one from beginning to end. Dr. Morris provided me with an adequate amount of information and advice for me to make a educated decision that I have not regretted. Friendly staff, beautiful office, very clean and professional atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Primera Foot and Ankle Center to anyone in need!

Wow! The facility was clean, serene, GORGEOUS views of the city WITH state of the art technology! As a new patient AND a nurse, I have a tendency to be very critical of MD offices. Staff was professional, prompt, and kind. Cutting edge technology made my healing process much shorter and easier WITHOUT MEDICATION! I cant tell enough people about this new find AND they have a foot spa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait to try it out.

Penny is the BEST!!! I stubbed my toe and lost 3/4 of my big toenail in March, and decided to try Keryflex to get me through the summer without living in a bandaid as my nail grew back out. Penny is SO good at what she does. She is super knowledgeable about Keryflex and cared about the health of my natural nail as it grew out. I had such a great experience!

What a great experience! I was very concerned about have bunion surgery, all of my friends told me it was very painful. Dr. Morris and his staff made my process so easy and pain free. He is always on time for appointments. Surgery center staff are professional and very caring of your needs. Cant wait to schedule my surgery for my other foot.

Dr Morris and staff are extremely nice, they are very friendly, and they made feel welcome and comfortable. And made sure your needs are meet, from front desk to the back. I highly recommend them for any problems you might have. I recently had surgery to fix my hammer toes, cant wait to see the result. Was in and out in no time.

Went for two treatments at $100 each for plantar fisciitis, plantar fibroma and tennis elbow. The expensive treatments made no difference to my condition. More treatments were recommended; however, due to the cost and results to date I decided to stop treatment.
