Horrible customer service! it doesnt make any sense to screen a child for hearing vision and nutrition and not receive the form at the end of the visit. I was told that i had to ask for it. Which i dont understand when 95% of kids that go there will be starting school soon and every child needs that form!!!!! The doctors are lazy not personable and unprofessional. Im a nurse myself and the pediatricians i work for are awesome. If you send your kid here for a physical, count on it not being a thorough one. Theyll jus ask your kid to get undress and make them walk back and forth, run their finger down their spine and thats the end of the visit. Your kid could have failing kidneys and these doctors wouldnt even know. Save yourself the time and energy and dont take your kid There!

Dr. Platner is the best. Im a new mother of a 4 months old. At my fourth visit, after meeting him for the first time. I felt really good. He did a thorough check of my son. He listens, give helpful feedback and is very concerned about the worries or fear that I had even if it was ridiculous. He referred me to a cranial specialist to check out a bump on my son head that wasnt showing any improvement in lowering. Everyone kept saying it would go away but he saw my worry n concern so just to be on the safe side or to calm me he referred me. The staff are sweet and wonderful.. Very funny and welcoming environment... All the doctors are great.

My kids have been going to them for years,i have seven kids ranging from 25 to 1 and from my oldest who is 25 and my youngest who is 1, we have never experienced a problem and they treat us like family.I have been able to call and reach out and even walk in when there was something was wrong with them, from Margo to Dr.Hammad, Dr.Platner and Dr.Charles May and the rest of the staff we love each of them and we recommend them all of the time to family and friends who love them as well.

Have been going here for 5 years when needed but after today I am absolutely fed up with the unprofessional attitudes of the staff, the dirty wait room and the ridiculous wait time. Staff can care less about the way they speak to and around patients and have no concern for their professionalism in the office at all. GHETTO. Doctor Charles-May is great but unfortunately I will not return and i WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE

Customer service is zero to none!! The Doctors are great however, the staff is very unprofessional!!! My daughter is afraid of shots and starts crying when the "help" comes in and says, "I dont want a shot!" The "help" yells back rudely, "Its NOT A SHOT!" I said, "dont yell at her, she is afraid!" This place is not kid friendly! They dont speak most of the time and when they do, its forced!! Looking for another pediatrician!

Not very professional, The office clerks and staff will argue with clients and they can be a bit dismissive, disrespectful and rude! I just think that there are a million other pediatrician in this city, you should treat your clients with respect or well find someone who will!!! The sad thing is, Doc Platner and Hammad were my pediatrician,Im 30... But now I dont trust them with a my children!!!! s

The office clerks are argumentative, unprofessional, dismissive, disrespectful and rude. I attend this office as a child and would of preferred my daughter to have had the same childhood doctor, but I refuse. I would not suggest this office to anyone.

So sad because dr platner was taking care of my baby while we was at AMC but the clerk who answers the phone very rude. I cant stand an unprofessional person that deals with people, you have the wrong position. I hope these reviews are being seen.

Dr. Hammad is very nice. BUT do not expect to be seen at your appointment time. My normal wait time is 45 min to 1 hour before even being called into a room then wait another 10-15 minutes.
