Disappointing experience, rude and unprofessional front desk staff. The office showed zero urgency or concern for a patient who discovered a lump in her breast. I received no follow-up calls, no next steps communication. When I called to get an update after 1 week, the receptionist was rude and stated I dont know anything about this and would need to call me back. She said hold on, but just hung up on me. I called back but got another unhelpful person, who left me on hold for several minutes, I hung up. I have cancelled all future appointments for me and my family, we will not return. This office shows little regard for the health of its patients.

I just started see Dr.Andrews and her staff about a month ago. I like this doctor office they take their time and make sure your taken care of. Shes very nice and honest and that only makes her a great doctor
