WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I had taken my daughters there for sore throats and vaccinations before, so when I needed a "camp" health certificate filled out for my daughters new DAYCARE, I called a few days ahead to explain what form I needed filled out, told her how old my daughter was, had them look her up in their system, and let them know that I only had one day available to get this done, so I wanted to be sure they could do a physical and look at her immunizations and be able to fill it out. The lady ensured me they could. When we got there we were the only patients there. I showed the girl at the desk the form and told her I needed a physical, I assume, and the form filled out. I told her the doctor could look up my childs immunization records and that they are all up to date. She then mentioned something about taking her to her primary care pediatrician and I told her that she hasnt been to one in the past year since we moved and got new insurance, and that she never needs to go to the doctor unless she has a sore throat or for vaccines (she doesnt have any chronic conditions), so Id been taking her there. She gave me a weird feeling that the form was not going to filled out, so I said "If youre not sure the doctor will fill this out after looking up her immunization record and doing a physical, please let me know so I can go somewhere else; Im a single mother and this form has to be turned in by tomorrow. I was told over the phone it would be done." She said something about how the doctor that was there has her own way of doing things, so I asked her to bring the form back and show it to the doctor before I pay and waste my time. She took it and returned, asked for payment, and when questioned about whether the doctor was able to fill out the form, she stated "shell see her, but she cant guarantee shell be able to fill it out after examining her." I was like wtf does that mean??? I said ok, well can I please speak to the doctor? I dont want you to be in the middle of this, but Im getting really irritated and dont want to waste my money and time. She went to the back and came back and told me that the doctor "doesnt/wont come to the front." I paid the money anyway (Id been there 45 minutes at this point) and was brought back to the doctor. She acted totally clueless about what needed to be done. I told her that I needed the certificate of health form filled out so my daughter could attend a summer camp at her new daycare (and that she currently plays soccer weekly and that she has been in daycare up until that very day and that her immunizations were done at this location along with a few doctors visits.) We get back there and this idiot ends up telling me she cant fill it out because shes not a pediatric doctor and that my child looks perfectly healthy, but she doesnt know what all will be involved in camp, she doesnt know her history, and something about not knowing her bone density. Wtf?!? I showed her the entire list by day of activities and she still wouldnt sign it. They treat all ages and my daughter is going to a DAYCARE. I flipped out and asked her why she cant do a physical and sign it when I had confirmed they do camp physicals. She said she wouldnt be responsible for misinformation. I told her that the issue was that SHE "doesnt come to the front" and that I was very clear that I needed to know before I paid if she could fill out that form. Lets just say things got very heated and she is a complete idiot. Im a surgical PACU RN at Northside and I was wearing my scrubs at the time. I am floored at how pathetically money hungry, incompetent, and rude this "doctor" was. She informed me that its AFCs policy to admit everyone and that theyre not allowed to not see someone. Theres more to the story, but its way too long. Just trust me, go to Walgreens instead. They did a physical and filled out the form in 15 minutes, no problem.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I had no other patients in front of me ( I asked) I was there 4 hours during the time I was in so much pain with my throat I asked several time if I could have a cup of water and no one would ever give me any water. The Dr could not answer which throat colters came back negative, and in 2016 they still have to send some off to get processed , NO ONE in the whole clinic could tell me which ones we had to wait on results for. Oh did I mention they forgot out me in the patient room for over an hour, fever, chills, throat so swollen it was hard to swallow. Twice the doctor tried to call in the ONE antibiotic I told her twice I was allergic to. Then after forgetting me in the room she comes to hand me notes on my condition and non of the symptoms were any that I had or she had just observed on me ..... I then asked if she could possibly give me a steroid shot because my lymph nodes were so inflamed it was hard to swallow and breathe, she replies, no no no Im not giving you a steroid shot, steroid shots are for if someone has imflamation... I said yes maam thats what hurts so bad, could you please feel my lymph nodes again so she says you have imflamation??? Which 2 hours prior she remarked how badly they were swollen to the size of golf balls. Hmm ok well maybe Ill treat you for something else but Im still not giving you a steroid shot ..... The whole time o was there the staff was outside the room laughing and cutting up and singing which is great except when you have a patient in a room whos in pain and has been asking for water for hours. The Dr also forgot my name and when o went to say it she looks at me and said excuse me I know your name this paper knows your name I just need to see it. So I left that WONDERFUL place 4 hours later with absolutely NO knowledge of what i had and with absolutely NONE of my questions answered. I am currently just as sick as I was yesterday and because its becoming harder to breathe and swallow Im considering going to the emergency room.

Really terrible experience(s) here that can be summed up into: theyre focused on your money and not your well being, have very little compassion, and billed me incorrectly. Longer story: After a really long wait with no one else in front of me, then another long wait in the room (where, by the way, I could overhear the staff complaining about being at work), I finally was seen. The tech who performed my throat swab actually yelled at me for crying because "he couldnt get a good sample and I needed to man up." Despite this, they still assumed it was strep and sent me on my way. Fast forward two days, my throat is swollen shut. Turns out I had pneumonia and wasnt exaggerating about the pain. I had to be seen again, pay for all the tests again, get a shot of steroids so I could breathe, buy new prescriptions, and prolong my sickness. I was asked to come in for a follow-up in which I waited around for an hour to be seen, and the doctor didnt even check my throat... just asked how I was doing and sent me home with a note. After all this, I received another bill in the mail months later because they had apparently billed me incorrectly. So for what should have been an "urgent" visit and $40 co-pay, I paid over $300 and missed a week of work.
