I switched over from southside medical in my 3rd trimester which was HORRIBLE. I came to premier womens where I fell in love with Ms. Kendra and Dr. Brown. I was considered high risk and they took care of me I delivered my daughter January 1st, 2017 who by the way healthy weighing 7pounds 9oz. Shortly after I had my daughter I had an emotional break down. My mom called Ms. Kendra and she seen me the same day and talked to me and my mom both for over an hour. I felt relieved. Ms. kendra was like a second mom to me. I will forever be grateful. Ms. kendra made sure I had a healthy pregnancy and Dr. Brown made sure my delivery was smooth and safe. These two women are AWESOME I hope to see them again next year for an obgyn visit.

I used to come here before I relocated out of state. Upon my return to Atlanta I figured it would be easier to continue medical treatment where I am already a familiar and established patient. Up until now, I had no complaints. This is a black owned obgyn business in the heart of Riverdale. Dr. Jones is and has always been sweet to work with but the staff are rude, nonchalant and insensitive to patients needs. They conduct themselves as children when there is no management present. They are not considerate of your time and will let you drive to their location knowing you cannot be seen. I definitely will not be back and do not recommend you seek any type of treatment at this location.

One star is more than they deserve. I moved from Texas to Georgia a week after my baby was born. I called and made a post partum visit as a new patient and wasnt able to get in for over a month, but I was scheduled for a "new patient, post partum visit". Well, today is the day before my appointment (again, Ive been waiting over a month for this appointment) and I get a phone call saying they dont see people for post partum that didnt give birth with them... so now Im 9 week Post Partum and I have to find somewhere else to see me. Its horribly unprofessional of them to have waited this long to tell me. Poor communication, poor training of their front desk, and rude people.

I love my midwife kendra! She really cares about me as a person not just a patient, we always have a good laugh and she is very receptive to any concerns I may have, she is honest and has been very supportive and informative during my pregnancy. I hope she will be on duty for when its time for me to deliver. The other doctors, are very sweet as well, Dr.Jones has a very motherly vibe, while Dr. St Jullian is more straight to the point but u can tell she really cares. I know the front staff can be a bit rude at times but over all they are sweet, some are just more people orientated while others are not.

My midwife Kendra McLester is the BEST!!! I can tell she loves what she does and thats pretty awesome. I am having my first child and was very uncomfortable and nervous about everything but she helped me get over the nervousness, gave me tons of information, and also made me feel extremely comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly as well and seem to care about me and my soon to be daughter. I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a professional and great experience.

Management sucks. Didnt snitch on my supervisor for leaving company money on the front desk while she was all smiles and giggles on the phone with her man, but I got fired for making the mistake of doing it because I had to abruptly leave to get my son from school. Clearly snitching on co-workers will keep your job. And its normal procedure for her to cut and paste a patients signature on surgery paperwork as well. But oh well! Youre welcome Karen!!

I could type a list of dislikes but I will only say if you do not plan on delivering at Southern Regional Hospital please find another clinic. I assumed that I could continue going to this clinic even though I want to deliver somewhere else. Totally not the case. I would advise you to be proactive in your treatment and if youre unsure about anything ask. For the most part the staff are decent.

I LOVE DR. ST. JULLIAN, SHE IS AWESOME!!! SHE HAS EXCELLENT BESIDE MANOR AND SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVES HER PATIENTS. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT FOR HER FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE HER PATIENT AS LONG AS SHE IS IN PRACTICE. SHE DELIVERED MY SON AND MY GRANDSON....SHE ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. SHE IS A BLESSING!!!

Dr. Jones and Kendra the midwife are amazing the front staff is a different story they are unprofessional. I shouldnt have to continue to tell you why I am here I shouldnt get to the back and my work orders are incomplete and they dont even know why theyre seeing me once Ive stated 3 times already up front while I was there.

I love kendra! I was skeptical about delivering at southern regional (the only hospital you go to if youre with this obg/yn) but it was definitely fine. St. Julian was my doctor but I mostly saw kendra. She helped me through it all and assured me I would be ok. Thats what i like, assurance.

This is my third child i am going to be delivered threw premier. I love it here its all about women and the fact there is no men working there is great. The new receptionist kind of naaaaaan but over all i love it they have taken very good care of me threw these pregnancies.

I like my visit the whole 9 months never had a problem with any of the staff a friend recommend premier glad I listened only con was When I was dilated I kept getting sent home lol I was ready to have this baby but other then that friendly staff. Highly recommend

May 28,2015 I visited this doctors office I had an appointment at 2:30pm but arrived at 2:50 due to weather conditions I felt totally disrespected and uncomfortable I was teased about my age and size through my whole visit.

They never pick up the phone. When they do pick up the phone you are on hold for 15mins at a time. They billed my stuff to the wrong insurance. The billing has happen to me TWICE since going to them. Please get it together.
