I have had my hearing aids for nearly 2 years. My initial experience with Dr. Wynens was excellent. She was very informative and made sure that I understood my hearing problems. I made a decision to get hearing aids she carefully explained my options and the technology behind the devices. I ended up with excellent hearing aids including a bluetooth device that allowed me to use them as my "headset" at my work place and also with cell phones. Just recently I had a mechanical problem with my hearing aids. After putting off taking care of the problem, I contacted Dr. Wynens by email. She immediately responded and determined exactly the problem. She order the parts. In less than a week, she eMailed me the replacement part had arrived and she made sure I was able to see her the same day. Problem is fixed. Excellent knowledge and communication. Update 5/18/17 Again... after 5 years my devices failed. Really amazing considering the use and lack of care on my part. Dr. Wynens as always greeted me as a long lost friend. She explained the repair plan, which was acceptable to me. There was a delay from the factory, she immediately informed me. As always, great service.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 43 years with several audiologists and my best experience has been with Dr. Wynens. I moved to Atlanta 2 years ago and was in desperate need of new hearing aids. Luckily, I found Dr. Wynens who was able to take me in immediately. She worked diligently with me to utilize technology that enables me to perform at work where I am at an executive level position within Finance. I am performing so much more successfully at work now since I am able to use Bluetooth technology via hearing aid to utilize cell phones and office phone with a simple push of a button where before I was avoiding using a telephone. She is also the first audiologist that I have had that lets me communicate with her by e-mail and she responds in an expedient manner. I highly recommend you visit Dr. Wynens to make your life and job easier to deal with if you have any hearing loss.

I first met Dr. Wynens in 2010 when I took my 95 year old mother to get help with her hearing at the recommendation of our family doctor. It did not take me (or my mother) long to realize we had come to the right person. Dr. Wynens interactions with patience in explaining everything to Mom were exactly what Mom wanted and needed. Dr. Wynens diagnosis, recommendations and choice of hearing aids gave Mom a new lease on life. Without question I would recommend Dr. Wynens to anyone needing to see a hearing doctor.
