Cynthia Shelton, I wish Id thought to look for reviews for Chestatee Hospital before my disaster of an experience there this summer, AND with Dr. Adebisi. You couldve written my review and changed the dates, so I see that the complaint I have filed with the Hospital about him will resolve nothing. Time to go higher up the food chain I suppose. This man was not nice to me. He did not listen when I was explaining why I was in the ER and therefore, I was diagnosed with lung inflammation and was attempted to be prescribed antibiotics and other unnecessary medications. He was condescending during this "listening" portion. He refused to examine my body for what I was in for and only did so after repeated tearful demands, and then he roughly poked me in the area I was injured (I came in for a possible cracked rib - ever been purposely and roughly jabbed in your side? Multiply that when you are injured) My issue happened after normal business hours for doctors and this was my closest facility at this hour, but I wouldve preferred a doctor visit over the ER and wasnt willing to ride out the pain any longer. I ended up going the day after my ER visit to a regular doctor, who properly diagnosed me and properly prescribed me. I will never ever ever go to this hospital and will avoid at all costs ever being treated by this man again.

CONDESCENDING: If you want to be talked down to in a rude, condescending way, then this is your man. I have NEVER been treated the way that this man treated me. I saw him in the ER of Chestatee Hospital where many employees are sub-contracted and not actual hospital employees. I was told my problem was not an emergency and Dr. Abedisi refused to treat me. I was livid. So I went to check out where I was told if I paid a fee of $100, I could be treated like an urgent care patient. I felt like I was gambling, playing roulette. Was I going to pay the $100 and again not be treated, but took the chance, Then I was treated by Dr. Abedisi who was almost hostile to me. I will never go back to that hospital. Dr. Abedisi is "moonlighting" at the hospital. His actual internal medicine practice is in Alpharetta. Thus, he likely does not have the same level of commitment that a full time hospital employee has.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY,

WOW Cynthia Shelton could not be more wrong, Im sure she was frustrated because she didnt want to pay $100 that was the hospitals fee, not Dr. Adebisis. This man is so caring and well educated, his accent is a little difficult to understand at times, but after being misdiagnosed at 3 different doctors offices, I payed him a visit and was better within the week. He recently moved suites so his facility has greatly improved, he always has a smile on his face, and his love for Christ is infectious. I apologize to the previous reviewer and their experience, and/or frustration but I have never heard a condescending word out of his mouth, his diagnoses are accurate and he does his best to make it affordable for you to get better! He has become a great asset to our family and a great friend! Thank you for your service Dr. Julius, keep up the fantastic work!

Amazing doctor, I was lucky to have found him. I had a serous health problem, which I didnt know about, he was a third doctor I saw and he was very urgent about it, explained me everything and got me the medication I needed to put me on my feet. Again, if it wasnt for him something terrible would have happened. Thank you doctor!!

So far I have had very thorough and pleasant experiences with Dr. Adebisi. He has been professional and referred me to all of the necessary places to get all issues resolved with my health. I highly recommend him because it is difficult to find a doctor who will pay attention and make sure nothing is missed.
