If it would let me put zero stars for the review i would. This place is very shady. The staff and doctors are shady. They tell you to do one thing and then say a different thing to someone else. They twisted my words and made a lot of slanderous lies about me and slanderous accusations that they had absolutely no proof of. They told me to have my dad call and they would accept his payment over the phone. Well my dad called there and they released a bunch of patient information they were not authorized to do and rejected my payment as they told me twice the payment would be accepted. Then said oh we will be about an hour from your house tomorrow come in person and pay well its quite understandable why i cant come in person and pay because I am not paying and my dad is a very busy man. They were just very shady to me, lied a couple times to me, didnt make sure I had the medication that i needed on time, werent worried about my health, slandered my name and reputation, and then told me oh come back please remain a patient. No i am taking my business elsewhere and they can just be short 150.00 if they dont want to accept my payments and cause problems between me and my father whom already has a rocky relationship with me. Im just very disappointed shocked and frankly quite pissed off with how they wouldnt relay proper information to me but would relay improper slanderous lies to someone who isnt authorized to have ANY information released to them. I will never go back here and never recommend anyone to this doctor ever again. They are terrible at what they do and the receptionists always have some sort of attitude upon answering the phone. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone seeking actual legit mental help. If youre just trying to get a prescription then maybe you could go here but if you want REAL ATTENTION AND CARE AND MENTAL HELP DO NOT GO HERE EVER.THEY ARE THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IVE EVER HAD THE UNFORTUNATE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Thomas for over a year now. I honestly couldnt be more blessed to have found such a phenomenal doctor. The whole practice is always so friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Thomas is an amazing doctor!! He doesnt rush through when diagnosing and treating. He takes his time asking questions and really getting to know your case specifically. He has always listened to me and typically gives me a few different treatment options and then takes the time to discuss which path would be best for me. He is very intelligent and I love that he always looks at the way the brain works and how it interacts with different parts of the body and how it all relates and how one function can affect the brain. He always takes his time explaining his approaches and how they work. He also always answers the two hundred and thirty-six questions that I ask each visit (lol). I have been comfortable with Dr. Thomas from the beginning and I can always be open and honest and trust that I will be taken care of and I am getting the best treatment specific to my personal needs. My first visit, Pat went above and beyond to get me my much needed appointment on short notice as soon as possible. She is SO sweet and always so helpful and makes me crack up every time I talk to her! David is always at the front desk when I come in for my appointments. He is very friendly, professional and great with people. He is definitely the best at being the first person patients see when they walk in the door! I have recommended Dr. Thomas to countless family members and friends and all have told me what a great experience they had! Dr. Thomas and the rest of the staff truly care for their patients. You will definitely be taken care of at this office and I guarantee you will love Dr. Thomas and everyone else as much as I do!

Dr. Thomas is the best psych doctor that Ive ever visited. Ive been a patient of his for about a year, and I dont think I can properly articulate how grateful I am for his services and how well he listens to everything Ivel got to say. He always answers my questions and addresses concerns. Im self pay (thanks, crappy insurance!) and he takes that into account when prescribing me what I need, as well as paying for visits. He actually figured out the root of my particular diagnosis and saved my academic life. Ive also got celiac, and hes given me advice on caring for that as well. Theres a brain gut connection and his advice has made my thinking more clear. I recommend him to anybody who needs a psych. Hes worth every penny, and his office staff is incredible as well.

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Thomas today and Im so impressed. He is hands-down the best psychiatrist Ive ever been to, and one of the best doctors of any type Ive ever dealt with. He was professional, punctual, considerate, curious, concerned, and genuine. I also really like that hes interested in alternatives to medication and looked at my condition holistically, giving me suggestions and recommendations on how I can manage/improve my mental health on multiple fronts. With this I completely agree, and Im looking forward to working with him to develop a plan that is as natural as possible, but carefully supplemented with medication when necessary. Im so glad I found him and wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.
