On 5/3...Slow. Slow. Slow. And rude. Rude. Rude. Updated 5/17...Unfortunately the anti-biotics provided were not enough to fully get rid of my sinus infection and I had to reluctantly go back. I was hoping to get the same person so I could get the same stuff to finally get rid of this thing. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of dealing with the most unfriendly and unprofessional person, Judy. She was rude and didnt believe my symptoms and therefore didnt provide me with what I needed so now my sinus infection has turned into bronchitis because she didnt treat me properly. If you go and there is a Judy there, just leave and go somewhere else. Your health is not worth the risk and dont trust putting your health in her hands.

Had a great, quick service where Judy diagnosed my problem quickly and gave me the proper medication. Id rather have someone do it right then have some lovey-dovey bedside manner and get it wrong. If you make an appointment, and arrive early, then you should be fine! The website details different conditions the clinic is prepared to test and treat. People here talking about waiting for hours obviously have never been to a minute clinic before! If you want the private practice doctors experience, then you have to pay that price tag too.

I was very sick, had a fever and flu like symptoms. The nurse practitioner didnt run any tests, and just told me to sleep it off and drink water. 3 days later and I can barely get out of bed, so I go to a real doctor where they actually run a few tests. Turn out I have strep and a sinus infection. Im pretty upset that the minute clinic decided to take the wholistic approach of prescribing me sleep instead of medication. It was a waste of money and 3 hours of time.

Service was great, but had to pay cash out of pocket for my visit. It was $129 for a 10 minute visit. With the disaster that Obamacare has wreaked on my insurance costs, they should have a discounted rate for cash paying customers. Its a huge cost savings for CVS to have the money immediately and not to have to go through administrative run around of getting the rest of the payment from an insurance company. Just a thought.

The nurse practitioner was 20 min late and then took another 20-30 min before she saw the first patient. If the clinic opens at 8:30, they should be prepared to see the first patient at 8:30. There were multiple sick patients waiting for her to arrive that waited an unnecessary extra 50min.

The CNP was thorough. Her personality was a bit dry but she was very intelligent on what to ask to resolve my sickness. She even gave a full physical exam to ensure she wasnt missing anything. The visit went quick and I was complete with everything including getting my RX in an hour.

Best experience I have ever had in a minute clinic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wait time was minor (maybe because we were there at the end of the eclipse). Staff was prompt, courteous and professional. We got a sports physical and we were on our way! Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I went to do a simple Biometric screening. My husband checked us in at 4:45 pm. There were 3 people in front of us. It is 6:30pm and we still waiting.
