The worst clinic I have been thus far. There is a old lady sit a window 17 she is the rudest person I ever met in my life. They are so unorganized. If you have an appointment you still sitting for at least 3hours ... The bathroom are disgusting even when you first arrive when the doors open at 7:30am... If you dont have an appointment you have to be here by 7:00am to get a ticket they let you into the building at 7:30am and dont start calling numbers until 9:00am. This place is run down and again disgusting. The worst experience I had ever. The customer service is horrible the employees Clayton county has working for them is a disgrace . Oh and they told me to get off my phone very rudly and 5mins later then same employee answering personal calls. This clinic need more people like Tracy .

I called at 3pm to speak with a representative at the Office for Environmental Health, she ended up transferring me to another department. I called back because it was the wrong department (mind you, both times the front desk rep picked up the phone she had just finished laughing and would pick up the phone mid-laugh VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). I let her know I was calling for the Nuisance Program that was listed on the website with their number and she says, "Oh, okay hold on one moment." I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes until I finally decided to disconnect the line. I called back in hopes of getting another representative and kept going straight to voicemail.

Called in to schedule a wic appointment but I literally went around in a circle with the answering machine, No one in the wic department wanted to answer the phone, not even the supervisor was available. Its really hard for a mom to find a really good job these days, to see people in the work places taking advantage of opportunities that doesnt come by very often really pisses me off. you guys need to do better. P.s didnt even want to give you one star but in order to publish this review I have too. Thank you

Disgusting staff getting their work-place entertainment at strangers expense .... I watched this big stomach gay man and woman basically laughing and joking the entire time . On my turn being assisted had to verbally help her be quick, productive and solution driven.

Well dont know why other people said bad things about this place, I had a great experience today everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were so nice and helpful and the place was really clean as Im concerned I give it 5 stars

Like others I can NEVER get anyone on the phone for information . I went and stayed HOURS!!!? JUST BECAUSE IT"s COUNTU/STATE FOR LOW INCOME, THERE IS NO REASON WHY YOU CAN NOT UPGRADE!!!
