Girlfriend had a 9:15 appointment for a job physical and drug screen and we got there at 9:00 didnt get called back till 10. She works 3rd shift and this was explained to them when we walked in. Completely unprofessional, will strongly advise her job to switch to Concentra or another Medical facility that can do there job in a timely manner. this place is rediculous.

Everytime I call to get a copy of my physical they dont answer, and DO NOT call back! Ive been calling since last week and STILL NO CALL BACK! Very unprofessional about getting copies of anything from them!
