This was our first trip to Wellstar pediatrics of Kennesaw. We came in about 9 oclock and immediately upon arriving I was met with an attitude from this witch that was running the front desk. She acted as if she had something better to do than to help me and my son who wasnt feeling well . Light-skinned girl short hair. (Some light skinned people have personality issues...they think their sh@$ doesnt stink and that they are more than others) She asked me very callously what were the symptoms and very coldly said that someone would come and get us to go back shortly. Before I was called back there was a movie playing on the television it was beauty and the beast. My children were afraid of this movie before I took my smallest son to the back to be checked out. After returning home my husband who stayed out in the waiting area with my children let me know that the same lady at the desk Who had an attitude was very rude and discourteous to he and my children while I was in the back with my sick child. He asked her since my two children were afraid of the movie (and we were the only people in the waiting room ) if she could turn The television down, or if she could change what was on the television because the children were afraid. And of course with an attitude she responds and says "its not TV its a DVD" in a smart snooty way. She told him it was nothing she could do about it and my children sat in that waiting room afraid crying and scared of what was on the television. So finally she calls my husband back up to the desk in a rude way and after he had to go back and tell my children in the waiting room is going to be OK and console and soothed them she finally decided to put on a different movie. I am so embarrassed for this company because she is a poor representation of you. If this is the way you all do business here in Kennesaw at this pediatrics center I will never return! When you care for children you should have a heart for children and if anyone would tell me that their children were afraid of something that I have the power to change then I would change it without any problem. Im so hurt that I was in the back and could not confront this lady for her inhumane actions towards my children. She should not even be around children if she had to even think twice about creating an atmosphere that is safe and kid friendly. She needs more training and to be coached. I would like for this email to be forwarded to the highest authority in this company. No excuses because she could have helped and shes an idiot apparently!

Would have given this after hours clinic a 5 stars if it wouldnt have been for the Nurse Practioner, Traci Hayes. This is my second encounter with her and the first time I figured she was having a bad day. She came rushing in the exam room, same as last visit. I had to repeat myself twice due to her not listening or even acting half interested as to why I was there. She shows zero compassion and speaks to me as if I was a child. I have been in the medical field probably before she could wear diapers and have to say she has a terrible bed side manner. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review but feel as I needed to do so. Pediatrics should have not been her choice of specialty but maybe in a morgue where she didnt have to interact with the living.

Ive had to utilize them twice within a week. Took my daughter in early Saturday to get checked out. Quick service and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The second time was because we forgot the medicine from the first visit at home and only realized it when our flight was about to vkard. I called them 5 minutes before they closed and they picked up. Not only that they were pleasant and help me get a prescription sent to a drug store near the hotel where we would be staying, awesome service!

I love this place, Dr Robbins has been our pediatrician for 3 years now, my son was one of her first patients, this location was barely open when we got there, love Dr Robbins she always rakes the time to answer all your questions and to check kids, they have walk ins early in the morning or after hours, awesome services, and really nice people, drs, nurses, front desk everyone is really nice and kind, Ashley in the front desk is awesome :)

I cant say enough good things about this. My son had an MRI there and the doctors and nurses were wonderful. They explained everything in detail and put us at ease. They seem to really love their job and patience. The atmosphere is calming and friendly. It was bright and clean. I felt like my son was in good hands. I would recommend this place to all my friends

A very nice, modern, friendly building! The receptionist was kind of dry... but our son got to "feed the fish" with Kelly, which he enjoyed! Bryan did his x-ray, and was very nice to deal with - he seemed to have lots of care and concern for our 2 year old! Kudos to catering to kids and talking to them in a kid-friendly way!

Dr. Brown has been our pediatrician for over two years now. Dr. Brown takes care of our 14 year old, 7 year old, and our little baby. They have been fantastic with all of them. The after hours care has been awesome as well with very little wait time. I am very happy with our choice of pediatricians.

Awesome staff nurses and drs .....including front desk ...... no matter the skin color light skin dark skin whatever skin .......smh.....beauty and the beast ? Afraid? Why bring well kids to a sick clinic at night if not being seen by a dr....just saying........

We have been so impressed that this office almost never keeps us waiting - a huge bonus with kids! The entire staff is very friendly & helpful, but Dr.Robbins is the standout here. She is wonderful with my kids & takes the time to answer all my questions.

The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Multiple employees went well out of their way to make our 2 year old daughter relaxed and as happy as she could be. So pleasant. I would totally recommend this facility again and again. Superb job!!

Dr. Scott is the best! I was surprised at 23 I was allowed to attend a pediatric center but, Im glad I can! He has been helping me with physical therapy for almost 2 months now & he really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone.

I took my son today for the after hours center, and the front desk person (guy) did not take the name was a real jerk. He shpuld not be working on a kods place, he was so rude.

The facility is bright, clean, and welcoming. The nurses and doctors are very friendly and attentive. The wait time was terrible- we were there over 2 hours.
