Worst doctors to see ever, Dr.lowe put me on benzos 8years ago and referred me to quacky Dr.tangvaild who has since left his practice, so i go back to Dr.lowe for help since he was the one who started me on this medicine. been on this med for 8 years and he put me on a 21 day wean, that i fell off of, im sick, cant leave my home, cant ride in my car, becoming a reclouse. I have been in recovering from herion for 2years, seeing suboxone Drs. new law says cant take benzos with suboxone, so basicly its choose between my soberity or my sanity, to much to ask for both!! I have done so well have not relasped, my life is now coming undone. I am more than willing to wean off of benzos but cant expect to do it in 21 days, so many ppl suffering because of uneducated doctors who dont know what benzos do to a person trying to come off of them the wrong way and its doctors like these doing this to people.. Also there is a shortage of Psychiatrist so no help for me. and these doctors DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! these doctors need to update thier education on benzos. They put you on them and dont tell you what you will go thru if you ever have to stop!!!

Waited over 2 hours for a shot and one piece of paper. Never in my life have I spent so much wasted time or energy trying to see the doctor. The ob staff is great. But the nurses at the front desk are lazy, rude and quite frankly incompetent. Playing on their phones, surfing the web. There are four people here now that were here when I walked in at 8:24 am and are still waiting to see the doctor at 10:30am. Horrible service. Expect to be treated like a dog by the front staff. If you have the option of going else where, do it!! I am hard of hearing which they knew about and in the past skipped me because I cant hear myname being called in the lobby, its a large lobby and you never know where you will be going. Stay away from health point Covington!!

I waited a total of 90 minutes for my doctor before I left on a scheduled appointment. The lobby was npt even half full my whole visit. I witnessed everyone that had come in before and after me get looked over and leave. Even a woman who had missed a previous appointment and came in to reschedule got checked out in a supposedly empty slot. I was told by the front desk, who as others have said were rude and on their phones not paying the slightest bit of attention, that the doctor was running late with no time frame of how much longer hed be. I advise you to not come here. They have showed me here they have no respect for their patients. I understand things happen and people run behind, but this is disrespectful.

Disappointed. On my first visit I waited about five minutes before someone came to the front desk. I inquired about paperwork being new a patient, in an irritated tone I was told, "write your name down and we will get to you when we can." After waiting seventy minutes I chose to leave. There was no one at the front desk to inform of my departure. I was prompted to leave when the person next to me told me she had been waiting for an hour and a half. The waiting room was clean and crowded.

I dont know who got paid to write good reviews, but this place sucks. Rude, un-caring, condescending bunch. Everyone who comes there is not out to use or screw the system, just people man, trying to get the medical attention they need!!!! Yeah, coming in for dental, no problem. But the rest, forget it, they dont even rate one star...ha!!! what a joke on the under-privelged!!!!!!!! Oh, it wouldnt post til I gave them a star!!!!

I have a lot of experience in Healthcare myself, greatly. Healthpoint is very respectful dealing with low income and walk in treatments to the community. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Lowe is an excellent physician taking appropriate time for established and new patients. He truly cares about people. I really think that as far as low income facilities this one is the best Ive ever seen.

HORRIBLE! ! The appointment scheduling never calls you back! When they do they act like they are doctors! They are rude! And When you do make an appointment you get there and sit forever!! The doctors act like they could care less about anything except the flue shot! If you can help it find a different doctors office! Healthpoint SUCKS!!!

It close to home, and the staff does their best considering they serve so many patients with a huge range of needs, but its commonly slow and overcrowded. I sometimes feel like Im being rushed through an assembly line. I will say that it is great that you can get primary care, gynocology, dental, and psych appointments in one building.

This place sucks very rude and takes hours. There excuse is they are always running behind. The only two good ones in that place were Dr. Lowe and Amanda Dalhover who left because that place is just nasty and they are very disrespectful especially the new obgyn they have. Never have felt so mistreated in my whole life....

You can say what you want about the front desk but they have always been nice to me. True you do sit and wait forever. But to me it is worth it because I have an awesome dr. It is Dr Lowe and he is worth waiting on.

The staff at the dental side is friendly and kind. It took a while to be seen the first time so I got the first appointment of the day for a teeth cleaning and it was right on time. Smooth, easy, quick.

I couldnt even get past being on the phone trying to make an appointment. The rudest scheduler Ive ever talked to. Questioning your symptoms like youre lying about it. Just so unprofessional.

Unnecessarily SLOW!! Bedside manner was also nothing they should be proud of. Went in for their walk in hours on a Tuesday night and sat there for over 2 hours before even seeing a doctor.
