First time to a urgent dental office, I must say....I will definitely be back. This is a very professional place for dental work, I am very anxious about the dentist (as most probably are) but I felt so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Deaton and his team work miracles. My treatment wasnt that pricey but the office manager was exceptional, she provided many financial options and was eager to get me taken care of. Hannah and Brandy were exceptional, they allowed me to feel at ease and made me laugh. Its easier coming into my visit when you can tell the employees enjoy what they do and enjoy each other. The ONLY con, running into a wait time. I waited a bit before going getting back but it was a very busy office. The staff did keep me informed and they had SNACKS and DRINKS!!!!!! To some it may seem pushy, but I CONSTANTLY had someone coming by and talking to me or checking on me.

I cant believe I am giving a dentist office 5 stars... I am legitimately surprised and impressed at how great this place was. Chipped a tooth, called them and they got me in next day(they offered to see me same-day but I was busy). The Dentist and the other people were very friendly and attentive. From the front desk to the assistants, to the dentist, everyone was super nice! Had to have some teeth drilled and 24 hours later I have ZERO pain or discomfort. Everything feels fine. My only complaint is the fact that the dental chairs there were extremely uncomfortable. I am a taller guy, 6"4 or so, and the lumbar support on those chairs dug into the center of my back. I had to constantly move around. Other than that though, overall this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Highly recommend!

Came in to get two teeth fixed and was treated to the worst service I have ever had at a dentist. After my cleaning they numbed me up and then speed through dismissing what I wanted and did what they wanted to do, fixing their paperwork after the work was done while I was in a pain induced stupor. In all it took 8 hours to complete with me waiting long periods of waiting on a doctor and then finding out after ward the one tooth I needed the filling on they placed a temporary filling. Lastly I paid out of pocket flatly refusing to get their credit card and they still signed me up for it. I will not ever come back. There are a lot of better options here in Lexington. Then again a rock and ice skate would be better service than what I got.

I had a beyond 5-star experience at this facility. I came in on an emergency basis 4 weeks ago, without an appointment, and was in and out within an hour. The staff treated me extremely well and the dentist was very easy to connect with and put me at ease (I am generally unwell with dental visits). I also took my Mother today with an emergency and they went above and beyond to keep her calm and treat the emergency. She is now resting comfortably and is out of the risk of danger from her tooth. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give for the staff and Dr. Deaton. Highly recommended. Thank you ImmediaDent!

Paranormally Correct

I really liked this place and the people are really nice. The only issue I had with them was they werent willing to save my problem tooth, they insisted on pulling it. I decided to drive two hours back to my hometown in Eastern Ky, to my previous dentist, and he was able to easily fix the tooth. Another issue i had, which wasnt a huge problem, was they gave me conflicting info, and one of the ladies was a little harsh when i asked a few questions. Besides that, it seemed like a terrific place, i just wish they would agree to save teeth instead of just pulling them.

I had a toothache from HELL in my right front tooth. I walked into this facility very desperate for some relief . NEVER have I ever been in that much pain! Turns out there was an abscess forming and I needed an Immediate root canal. Dr. Gates saw how much pain I was in and did my procedure that very moment. Heres the kicker... While he was in the middle of another root canal procedure! Lol. Dr. Gates is a hell of a guy. I would recommend this place to anybody. They were miracle workers in a time of need for sure.

Dr. Gates is the best! He always makes me feel comfortable and safe when I see him. He had to do quite some work on me yesterday but I knew I was in good hands! Also the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. I dont want to get her name wrong but the woman who completed my filings was also great. I love how all of their stage including the check out woman is fantastic!! I will continue to see them whenever I need to and I do recommend them to my family and friends

Dr. Gates is an amazing qualified dentist and a great man. I have horrified about Dentists my entire life. If you have anxiety and your terrified of pain then go see Dr. Gates. He is over qualified. He was a neuro scientist and then he was a emergency room dentist. He will NOT let you experience any pain. He has excellent chairside manners and will answer every question you have. The entire staff was friendly but Dr. Gates is the friendliest!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I called yesterday for my fiancé and they couldnt get him in until almost 2 the next day. Not very urgent. And hes now been sitting there for an hour in pain. This so absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitudes. Dont come here if you can help it. Update. Its 7 pm and he is STILL THERE!!!! when does a root canal literally take 6 hours??!!!! WORST PLACE IN TOWN NO EXCUSES

The staff was extremely nice, but it took 5 hours just to have the dentist attempt to pull my tooth. He was working on at least 4 or 5 patients at the same time. I felt very cared about by the rest of the staff but the dentist made me feel like he was just trying to rush through my appointment which he eventually gave up on and refered me to a surgeon.Yes I was in pain but it shouldnt take that amount of time to pull a tooth.

If you go on a Sunday go early!!! Very busy practice, excellent staff and management! The Doc was very thorough and did a great job making sure I was comfortable and stayed informed throughout my root canal. Dont worry about the cost either go get yourself checked out the practice manager did a great job working with me and getting me financed with a payment plan. Overall awesome experience.

Wouldnt take my dog there for a cleaning. Over priced, never saw a dentist. They had me scheduled for tooth extraction, crown,bridge. 3 cavities another dentist never saw in his x rays. I asked for records all I got was a "patient plan" and some pics that there were no proof were even mine. X rays were run off a copier. Not aloud to get originals. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

Never been to a dental practice, or medical practice in general, where the staff were SO LOUD. The girls behind the counter were giggling, yelling, and talking over each other while gossiping. This is while there were five people sitting in the waiting room hearing everything, and one woman talking on the telephone with patients. Not very professional or polite.
