I can not rate dentist because I did not see him. I was a first time patient who scheduled a cleaning, exam and x-rays. I misplaced my wallet (accidentally left in husbands truck) so I ended up being 7-8 minutes late (literally, no exaggeration). They would not allow any flexibility for a 1st time patient. The receptionist seemed put out upon check-in but after I explained she seemed to become more understanding and started trying to work with me, hygienist stood on other side of counter saying, "No-No-No, I cant do". She followed up with I can do exam and x-rays but would not have time for cleaning. I needed and wanted teeth cleaned. Needless to say when asked if I would like to re-schedule, I declined. I had already given insurance information and received approval. Fortunately, I have excellent insurance and it can be used elsewhere. I think the dentist needs to be made aware of the situation and keep in mind that office staff can make or break you, no matter how good you are in your profession. I have seen it happen. Clients will not like being made to feel like they have to beg for a service or you are doing them a favor. With all due respect, attitude displayed was not complimentary of business. Best Wishes!

I have been a loyal patient with a family of six for 16 years. I thought Dr. Davis was a professional and had no complaint of our care here. However, they billed the wrong address and reported me to collections with out so much as a phone call or text alert. Like they do to remind of upcoming appointments. We had paid the collections and didnt even complain about the collections until we were refused an appointment. Dr. Davis words, "Cutting their losses." Mind you the $60 bill was paid months ago and he made a lot of money off of my family over the years. Three sets if wisdom teeth and much more. Nice new office,but poor management. It has went down hill now that Dr. Davis is the only owner. If I would have known, I would have started my children elsewhere years ago.

My family was in the market for a new, up to date dental office. We could not be happier with Garden Springs Dental and Dr. Edens. I love how their exams rooms are private and very clean. All the staff was wonderful. Text message reminders for appointments are fantastic. Dr. Edens was friendly, knowledgeable and at no point did I feel he was trying to up-sell me anything. My youngest son needed a referral for braces. I was good to go and my husband needed to have a prior filling corrected. In, out and it was all painless. No pun intended.

I had an 8 am appointment and missed it because of work situation. I called the office and explained, the receptionist said that was ok, she understood blah blah blah. Today I called to reschedule my appointment and was told " Since you no-showed your appointment our office manager will not allow us to schedule you". This office does not care about their patients, they only care about making money. I work in a physicians office and we would never treat our patients the way they treat theirs. Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Great as always. The tech that saw my 2 1/2 year old was wonderful. My daughter can be a bit shy in new and unfamiliar situations, but she sat up in the chair and let the tech and the dr look in her mouth with just a bit of encouragement. And of course she walked out with a balloon, new toothbrush and toothpaste (which she loves) and a few other goodies from the front desk staff. Ive always liked this office.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Edens, which is my main dentist and hes amazing. I have also seen Dr. Stambaugh and hes nice as well. All the dentists make you feel comfortable. I love this place. They explain anything to you when you dont understand... Oh and if youre worried about them being rough theyre not. They are very gentle. :)

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Amber, the hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and very personable. Dr. Eden was very up-front and did not keep me waiting. I will stay with this dentist for as long as I live in Lexington!

Went in to for an x-ray of my molars and needed a cleaning too but didnt have an appointment for the cleaning. After my x-ray I got a cleaning right after. Was great and very fast service.
