My two daughters started there a six months or so. I choose the office based on location and enough positive reviews, I felt it was worth checking out. I sat through both the apts. I was very pleased with the staff. They were upbeat and friendly. The Dr. was kind- took polaroids with the kids for "First Visit," gave them a dental Goody bag, and made them feel good about all. Sealants were recommended on one daughters teeth- which I understood- because she has groovier teeth (even though there were no cavities as of yet). I declined per cost, but tried to see if insurance would cover-no luck. My daughters who were 4 and 2.5 had a good experience there. My now 5 year old went back recently and had a great experience- first x-rays- digital. They offered to email me copies. I feel it is a good place for your children. They have an area for young kids and for video games for older kids while waiting. It is decorated for kids. I came from a very modern, cutting edge type practice before we moved here, but I have been pleased with Dr. Haugseths practice as well.

My experience at Dr. Haugseths office was an unpleasant one. We were rescheduled by the doctors office twice to accommodate her busy schedule after we made the original appointment. When we arrived we had a long wait before they took us back and 1st tried pushing sealants on us before having seen my sons teeth, then waited some more in another area before being taken back for the cleaning. The cleaning experience was miserable and when Dr. Haugseth came in she was incredibly rude and impatient with my son. I am amazed the woman is working with young children when she showed such impatience with a young child. I am not the only one I know that had this type of experience at that office.

Love it! My girls and I love Dr. Haugseth! Ive never had the experiences some of the others are writing about. I went just yesterday and we hardley sat down before they called us back. Then after the appointment, Dr. Haugseth spent plenty of time with us explaining her findings and future treatment. I would agree however, that in the beginning, things seemed over priced, but after visiting other dentist, we came back to Dr. Haugseth because I trust her with my kids teeth. We love her! They did have an issue with an unethical front desk manager, but once they figured that out, I think a lot of the billing questions became clear.

Dr. Haugseth is a dedicated professional that always goes the extra mile to meet the needs of her patients. My teenage sons have been coming here since their preschool years. We appreciate the personal and supportive care. The staff members are friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend this practice.

This is based on my experience with the staff at POPD - Both of my daughters have been going to Dr. Haugseth since they were little. Besides all of the usual cleanings, braces and fillings, she has taken care of my daughters extreme under bite avoiding surgery. Cant thank her enough for all she has done for my girls.

For pediatric dentistry Dr. Haugseth is the best. From the moment you walk in the door they are all about the child, they teach the children how to be responsible and she even called to check on my child after her last cavity filling.

Great experience for the first visit for our 4 yr old! Dr. Rhea was very nice and Robin was super fun and interacted wondefully with my little girl. They both handled her well and gave us good advice to keep her teeth in good shape.
