Receptionist is harsh and extremely rude. When I didnt cancel my appointment more than 24 hours in advance she called and left an offensive voicemail. When I called the office she lectured me and told me I was irresponsible and that I needed to find a new dentist. It was completely obnoxious and out of line. Keeping up with dentist appointments is not at the top of my priority list seeing as I have a full time job with one off day a week. She has also been very rude the times that I have come in for my appointments in the past. I do not recommend this practice.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Loftspring, However Rose is very Rude and does not know how to conduct herself professionally over the phone. I called to see if there was a balance due and She told me " to say go find another dentist". All because she had my address incorrect in the system, and I did not receive a bill. Rose gives Dr. Loftsprings office a bad rep, and she should retire and stop deterring clients from his practice.

I have been going to this dentist for years! Hes so gentle and is always making sure Im doing all the things I need to do to get good check-ups. Always tells me when I have to do better brushing etc. I love this dentist!
