I was referred to Knox Bridge Dental Care by a family friend. I must say Im not sure Ive had a more pleasant time at dentistry establishment before (and I drove an hour to get there)! Every one greeted me with a smile much whiter than mine, but I didnt feel out of place amongst all the beautiful teeth. Being someone working on a low-budget and with no dental insurance I wasnt turned away at the door, which means a heck of a lot in my book. Each hygienist that helped me was caring and very professional. Originally when I called to set the appointment the dang phones were on the fritz. Oh well I thought Ill try back later. Before I could call back Dr. Nick went out of his way to return my phone call and setup my appointment. What a cool dentist! Setting up his own appointments. Hes a straight shooter and will tell you the truth. I never went through an extraction, but it was pretty fun actually. I was laughing while the Coldplay song "Fix You" played. Thats what dentists do, they fix you, well the good ones at least. I was in a lot of pain because I stopped caring for my teeth. Knox Bridge Dental didnt judge me for that, they just got on with it and fought the tooth out that was causing pain, it was a real pain in tooth to get out. Someday our teeth will be all good and well be able to travel anywhere (at the blink of an eye), but until then I plan trekking back up to see the kind group at Knox Bridge Dental Care. You should do the same!

Okay--so no one actually really likes going to the dentist right, but add to that also having to self-pay due to lost dental insurance and I really didnt want to go. Then I met Dr K and his staff at RiverFest (of all places!) and just knew I had found my new dentist! His staff is very friendly and funny and put this nervous Nelly at ease right away. They are a small tight group so they are able to work with me with payments and discounts. The staff jokes and laughs a lot and it seemed that they actually like their boss man--and so did I. Straight forward, congenial, and knowledgeable--thats MY new dentist! Knox Bridge Dental rocks (just dont ask Dr K to sing!)

Dr. Nick Kirkpatrick took over Dr. Doug Dickeys practice about two years ago. I am definitely happy that I chose to stay with Nick and trust the change. He has not disappointed. In fact, Nick has proven himself to be one of the best dentists Ive retained. His knowledge and skills are definitely 5-star; and he employs the latest dentistry equipment and technology. I can confidently recommend Knox Bridge Dental Care to anyone who is looking for skilled and experienced dental health care and maintenance. The entire staff has always been friendly, courteous, and accommodating.
