I came here to have a botched filling from another dentist fixed. Getting an appointment was relatively easy, and the staff was very friendly throughout the appointment. After my X-rays, the assistant claimed I need a deep clean, and then quoted me over $1,100. Initially, I had to suppress a laugh, but then I realized she was serious, told her I couldnt afford it, and asked to just have the filling fixed. Dr. Sellers was very thorough, but he drilled on my bottom teeth, which were completely fine before, without Novocaine and without my permission, claiming they were too sharp and would interfere with the filling. Now, several weeks later, both the original tooth and the bottom teeth that he drilled still ache constantly, and I cant eat hard foods. Ive since been informed that other dentists in the area will do the work for less money and, apparently, better results. I am no longer in the country, and have no way to get back to have this rectified. Although the service was friendly, I cannot recommend this office, and will not return in the future.

Id give it no stars if I could... We gave them our insurance .... At the consultation they gave us a price for out of pocket expenses for two deep cleanings...We paid $300.00 at the time of service ...They billed the wrong insurance... Got no payment cause it wasnt our insurance... We straighten that out t and finally they billed right insurance but our insurance covered very little of the deep cleaning . I bet everyone is told they need a deep cleaning ... So were like this was your mistake not ours.... You should have known what insurance would pay before you did the cleaning...$1000.00 for two cleanings.... Now were in collections fighting this... It was very shady ... My bet is they bait and switch often...they got our up front money and now will wind up paying collections...over $1100.00 for cleaning thats with insurance...they make after what insurance did cover and what we will pay it be over $1600.00 for two cleanings...never use these people like I said ...VERY SHADY!!!

It is hard to get a hold of these people and when you leave a message, they dont call back till two days later (happened to me twice). Office is clean which is what you expect but office staff are limitedly knowledge in insurance procedure. Example:: They sent me a bill for $100+ after billing the insurance and when I called about it (my ins. covers 100% on cleanings) she said it needed to be adjusted. DUH! why didnt you adjust it before sending me the bill!! Then, at a filling, they wanted me to pay for the whole adjusted price. When I said I only pay 20% after you bill the insurance she said "there is no guarantee".... Why am I gonna pay for insurance if I dont have a guarantee?! At the filling, I didnt get to go back and watch because the dentist is uncomfortable with others in the operatory. Suspicious... yes. They gave my husband the numbing shot and left him with his head below his feet. His hands turned white and he was shaking. I am NOT going back!!

I need to preface my review with a little history. My parents took my sister and I to Emory School of Dentistry years ago. Students worked on us and dental "professionals" checked their work. Because of this, I learned to really dislike the dentist. When I joined the Navy we had to go. When I got out in 1996 I had to go one more time. I never went back again. It wasnt until I clamped down on a fork and chipped my front tooth that I had to see a dentist. There has been this dentist around the corner from me for years and thats where I went. I made it very clear that I do not like the dentist. Dr. Sellers and his staff made me feel so incredibly comfortable from my very first visit till now my 6th visit. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. If youre shopping for a good dentist, look no further. Dr. Scott Sellers and his staff are awesome.

Very friendly staff and polite service. The staff and DR is quite knowledgebale in their field. They made me feel comfortable prior to doing work on my gum infection and I am still not done yet, I still have to go again today but I am sure I am in good hand and I highly recommend this place. I enrolled for yearly membership so that I can get discounted price and hopefully today, I will come out with some good and positive news. My last week treatment did some recovery but still need to fully recover and hoping for the best today that my visit will be at success. My pain was continued, they invited me again and did not even charge me for X-Ray which was very nice and kind of them. They sent me to Oral and Gum specialist, who also treated me very nice and they just did little work on my Gum and now I am recovering. Very nice job done.

My husband spent $10,000 on two bridges last year with Dr. Sellars. Then when one of them fell out less than a year later, he was charged another $300 to glue it back in. The bridge fell out early on Christmas Eve. I called and left a message on the emergency line to see if we could get it glued back in so as not to ruin his Christmas. The did not call me back for over 13 hours, after the pharmacy had closed on Christmas Eve. Luckily a friend had suggested PolyGrip and that worked until the office reopened. I felt we were totally ripped off and no apology for the poor customer service at all. We went to our last dentist for over 30 years and were never treated like this. Patient beware.

Doctor Sellers is always do gentle and makes sure you always feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are very friendly and always greets you when you walk in. They make it a duty here to get to know their patients and after awhile you begin to feel like family. Doctor Sellers does a range of dental treatments from routine dental check up to orthodontist work. Ive been going here about 3 years now for my rountine dental appointments and I even got my braces from here. I absolutely love Doctor Sellers and all the other staff here as well. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

We love Dr Sellers office!!! They have been so sweet to get us in quickly when my husband and I are having any sort of dental pain. We have both had recent dental issues from root canals and crowns to dental implants... A few extractions,etc. Everyone there has gone out of their way to make sure we feel comfortable, and Dr. Sellers does amazing work. His goal is to help you get to feeling your best as quickly as possible in the safest way possible, and that is exactly what he has done for us!

Everyone at choice one is amazing,funny,fun, and nice! i got braces last year before christmas and my teeth were not straight what so ever! but when they put my braces on, my teeth started to move and straighten! And that was only in the first few days! My mom works there and every day she has been there she has loved it! She laughs talks and has fun there!
