My experience wasn't a pleasant one at this office. Our pediatrician, Dr. Joel Knight, was very nice and kind to our family. However, his staff are the most rude and cold people I've ever dealt with. They are not nice at all. I had mentioned my concerns once before to our doctor but nothing changed. The next time I called, the receptionist smarter off to me about my daughters appointment, so I finally bit the bullet and went someplace else. I really hate that Dr. Knight is going to let such an uneducated bunch of rude women run his practice in the ground. I have talked to other families that have had the same problems from his staff. I wish he would just listen and get rid of those girls. He is a great doctor, but who wants to deal with that every time that have to take their kid in?

You can hear Dr. and staff talking and laughing about you outside the exam room even with the door closed, very unprofessional. I believe that is a hippa violation. You cant get a same day appointment when you are ill, you have to go to the urgent treatment center. Office staff have always been pleasant.

EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN 8 years has been very,very instrumental in my recovery both health wise and mentally!!!! I have grown to love the staff and would follow them like THE MOVIE WHAT ABOUT BOB.HAHA BUT TRUE!!!! They gave me my life back!!!!

I have been going to Dr. B for several years . I have found the staff most accommodating. They always great me with a smile , and I am very happy with Dr. B and especially the his nurse & reception personnel.

Im trying to call them there ether taking the phone off the hook or haning up and judging by these reviews Ill mostly be taking my insurance else where
