Horrible! My daughter has been going there since she was born. We hadnt been in a few years and they dismissed her, completely! I wanted to bring her in for a physical and they WILL NOT take her back....under no circumstances. I was told that was their policy, and I responded that it was ridiculous and absurd. They will take new patients, but not previous ones??? Then I asked for a referral since they would not take her, and she said it is not their policy to give out referrals because they want patients to come there. WTH? I told her that is what I want, and she cited their policy again. RIDICULOUS AND ABSURD!!! HORRIBLE POLICY!!

Ive been going here for years and all I can say is the people and place are top notch! Everyone is friendly and helpful and you can tell they care about their job and truly want to help. Really dont know about this other ladies review on here, Ive had nothing but an awesome experience every time.

The best pediatric office. Warning its high volume so please schedule accordingly. My children have come here since birth. I love the physician and staff. The office is clean and orderly. They have a large waiting area, so your well kid is not forced to sit next to someone with the sniffles.

This is a wonderful practice! The doctors and staff are patient and kind, the office is super clean with separate waiting areas for sick & well kinds. They are always able to work us in for those "my kid woke up sick" mornings and the doctors and nurses take their time with every visit.

Dr. Shah is awesome! She takes her time to answer any and all concerns we may have. She shows genuine care for my baby and I couldnt be happier. The staff is wonderful as well. I highly recommend Northside Cherokee Pediatrics!
