Dr. Cantrell is a wonderful doctor but his practice is run terribly you cannot get a live person on the phone you have to leave a message if you want to get your child at office visit unlike most pediatricians who have an on-call service this one does not so if you want an appointment or if you have any questions or if your child is sick you have to leave a message and hopefully within two or three days someone will return your call. Apparently Im going to have to take my child to an emergency room since the pediatrician that we currently see cant seem to answer a phone

We love Dr. Cantrell but every single time I call this office, no one answers the phone. Sometimes it takes days for them to respond to a voicemail that I leave. I have had to take my daughter to be treated at ER several times due to not being able to get in touch with the office same-day for a sick visit. I am seriously considering changing Drs because of this. I dont think they are staffed at the front desk to handle the volume. I can call any other doctors office and they will answer the phone at the front desk.

Dr. Cantrell is an awesome pediatrician. He gives great advice for parents in need of guidance and can save you money by suggesting an over the counter remedy if a prescription medicine is not needed. Staff is polite and professional, the office is super clean and kid friendly. Can say enough great things about this place. A++
