Dr. Melamed is awesome! I do believe he is swamped with patients and sometimes the type of service from his staff is not always professional nor caring attitudes. I have been going to hime for the last 4 years. I continue to allow him to care for my children because of his passion and knowledge in this profession.

Dr. Melamed is an excellent Pediatrician, however, I do agree with the other reviews regarding particular staff members. The nurses are great, however, the two front desk receptionists are not personable at all and does come off as rude.

I dont recommend Dr. Melamed. Horrible experience. Front desk lady always put people on hold I have to call at least 5-10 times to make AN APPOINTMENT! Nurses have attitudes and the doctor tries to fix everything with Tylenol.

The staff at this office is so freakin unprofessional makes you want to not go here at all uuggghhh because of the staff i am lookin for another healthcare provider ......they makin him loose money!!!!
