You wont find a better doctor who actually takes the time to listen to you and care about you. you are not just treated like a number in this office. EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. I can guarantee you , you wont be disappointed. If you are or if you are one of those people that cant be satisfied, maybe you should go somewhere else. Ive been to more doctors than I can even count and by far, Dr. Barfield has been the best. If she ever moves or transfers, my file will be the first that goes with her. Go to Cartersville Hospital and walk the hall and ask anyone that works there if they know Dr. Barfield. Listen to what they have to say. If you dont believe what they say, you should go somewhere where you are just a number sitting in a waiting room with 30 people waiting to see doctors.

Dr. Barfield is the best, most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to know. She not only takes the time to listen, but she knows what to with what she hears from her patients and has a great attitude and aptitude for treating us. I would recommend her to anyone that asks - I drive all the way from Tucker to Cartersville to get my annual checkups, and should a need arise in between visits, I would have no problem driving up there to see her. Her staff is amazing - from Nurse Charlene to Lorena at the checkout desk, everyone is caring and friendly, and good at what they do. They love to work for Dr. Barfield and it shows!

Worst customer service ever! I am a high-risk patient; could not get anyone to provide test results causing a delay in treatment. Left messages for the Medical Assistant to call me with test results; received no response. Called the after-hours emergency number several times and was sent to a recorded message for over 10 minutes each time, with no one answering. What is the point of having emergency on-call if no one is going to answer? Im terribly disappointed. I actually thought my health was of importance to my provider.

Dr. Hiser and his staff are the best medical care Ive ever had. His staff are kind, patient, and comforting. The office is clean and pleasant. Dr. Hiser is attentive, engaged, and considerate. I consistently feel like I am receiving thorough, knowledgeable medical care. He listens. He explains. You always leave with a solution and a plan towards health. Im a big fan.

Dr. Barfield is the best physician I have been treated by, and I have been treated by a few. Most all of them very good. Dr. Barfield is in a class by herself. I have never had a physician make me feel as though they are making a house call while I am sitting in their examination room. Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent doctor!

Dr. Barfield is a very caring, knowledgeable, and proficient doctor. She listens to what I have to say and is very concerned that she addresses my needs. She really cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her and her staff for those that are seeking medical care. I travel about 20 miles for each visit and am very happy to do so.

I have searched a long time to find a doctor like Dr. Mary K. Barfield. She is most thorough, and most of all listens to you. She does not rush you into anything but explains everything. I still have what they call White Coat Syndrome, but Dr. Barfield and staff usually put me at ease. Could not ask for a better doctor or staff.
