This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with them for almost 10 years now, and I have waited 1-2 hours to be seen EVERY time I have been in the office. I am now attempting to transfer to a different doctors office, and have called more than 5 times and sent a medical release form and cannot get anyone to send my medical records over. This has been going on for more than 3 weeks. Originally, someone told me that I could only have my medical records sent on Mondays. It was a Monday when I originally requested, but I was told I called too late and had to wait until the following Monday. I waited until the following week to see if my records had been sent - no, they had not. Waited the following week... I called and the desk personnel said they would send... It was not a Monday. So now Im getting conflicting information... Now we CAN send medical records on days other than Monday??? Then why have I waited for 2+ weeks? I waited 3 hours after speaking with someone, and followed up. She had not faxed the records. Called back again. She says she is sending now, as I am writing this review. Since I have been attempting to have my medical records faxed over for 3 weeks now, I am almost out of my insulin and cannot be seen by my new doctor to get a new prescription until these records are sent. Do not go to this doctor if you are diabetic. Being seen will cost you an entire day. I have been a patient for almost 10 years, so I have plenty of stories... Once, on Thanksgiving, I drove 5 hours to see my mother. I left my medicine at home... 5 hours away. When I tried to call the "doctor on call" I was told they did not take calls on holidays..... I HAD NO INSULIN!!! Thankfully, I was in touch with a very nice pharmacist at the local CVS who called and called and finally was able to have someone fill my prescription. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and dont use this doctors office. Your sanity will thank you.

Good doctor, terrible practice. Dr Siddiq is a pleasant, knowledgeable physician who apparently knows his business. Unfortunately, it doesnt seem that he has the time to share that knowledge with his patients. The doctors office staff is quite certain to inform patients that if they do not arrive within 15 minutes of a scheduled appointment, said appointment will be cancelled and the patient (or patients insurance) will be charged for a full office visit. However, it seems to be perfectly acceptable for a patient to wait 60 minutes, 90 minutes or even longer after the scheduled appointment time to be seen. When the doctor does finally condescend to speak to a lowly patient, the entire visit amounts to "How are you today?" "Do you need your prescriptions refilled?" "Well see you again in (one, two or three) months." After a year of this farce, Im getting a new doctor.

This is an inept physician. Hes taken bedside manner 101 but clinically, an idiot. Im a 20 year +ICU nude and was appalled at his lack of follow through. He didnt want to have his nose tell me a simple message, no Happy violation, but he wanted to tell me himself. Nothing concerning, he just took two weeks to get back to me and it was my impression he wanted the credit of calling me, the lowly patient, himself. Afterwards, he was supposed to be managing my chemotherapy but lied about my follow up, my life depends on it, then tried to blame it on my not reading my discharge forms correctly. Guess what! I DID read them correctly and I still have them. He was wrong and please spare yourself.

I thoroughly enjoy Dr. Siddiq and the staff in his office. Ive only had to wait once in the past 5 years. What I found out was that there were 2 patients before me with blood sugar levels above 500. When this happens they have to work to bring them down so you have to wait. If you are upset you have to wait just realize that the world does not always revolves around you. Sometimes someone is slightly more important.

Yes there is usually a wait but he is worth it. If you dont want to wait see his NP. She is great too.
