I have been here on multiple occasions with my family, and the Physicians that were there always took care of us. I went there and first time meeting Dr. Ansari he was very nice, my son had a barking cough that I made them aware was worsening, he made me aware that my son may have allergies, they notated that my son was currently taking a medication he was not, even though I made them aware that it was a medication that worked well for him in the past and was not taking anymore. My sons cough worsened, and I have been attempting to call them all day, the front office representative Jocelyn placed me on hold for up to 30mins, and 2x when my wife and I called she made us aware that she would call us back, however, no courtesy call back was ever received. For the past 2 days my sons cough has worsened since his Physicians visit and all I wanted to know was did I need to have him come back in to see if he needed to be prescribed a different medication. I have often referred my patients over to AFC when Dr. Sommerville was there, and she took great care of them. We would receive a well check call the next day, however, the past couple of times we have been there the customer service piece has been missing. if this is the kind of treatment and customer services they are providing, I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Its a nice facility nice doctors, but the way they operate the billing department is unprofessional. For moths I go there they say nothing about a co pay. Apparently they send bills I dont remember getting them could be my fault. They sent a final bill with everything consolidated. (Meanwhile the bill collectors keep calling me after I told them my dad would pay) they call your phone 3 times a day. My bill was $410.57 and was paid in full and their 3rd party billing agency still wont stop calling because afc never sent them the info that I paid. I went to the doctor recently and STILL no mention of a co pay, even after I asked. Asked her if she was sure, she still said no. American family is unorganized when it comes to taking payments. And they will try to violate you financially through a 3rd party billing company. I dont understand how they collect a debt for American Family Care without keeping up w/ payments etc. I find it unprofessional, messy, and leaves too much room for confusion. I will NEVER step one foot in that care facility again.

The doctor put me on a medicine that not only didnt help any of my symptoms but made me 100% worse. So worse that I couldnt go to work for two days after taking it. I also had blood work done there and after a week the receptionist called me and told me I had to come in ASAP to receive my test results. She made me feel as if I had something really serious. I was so nervous! I immediately drove there and walked into the office and was told there wasnt a doctor who could see me before I even said anything...so I stated that I was told 30 minutes ago to come in ASAP for test results. They made me wait 20 minutes in the lobby just to tell me I was low on VITAMIN D3!!!!!! I was furious and all they could say was in order for them to even go over and explain the test results I would have to pay for another doctors visit!!! ($175 without insurance) Do NOT waste your money here if its not an emergency!!!

Horrible experience and a waste of time! Went in for a physical, have a history and current high blood pressure that has prevented me from going to work on some days, finally decided to go in and address it after measuring in the really high numbers for a couple of weeks. Also, had prescriptions before for it as well. The doctor (DO) told me to monitor it for the next couple of weeks before she could write me a prescription. This has never happened to me before and I honestly came in after realizing what a danger it can be to have such a high blood pressure untreated. I was told the doc who works there is part time and does not prescribe meds. after the fact. Also, had gout, and was not provided with any suggestions, prescription or otherwise for how to treat it. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time at this place, go some place that cares!

My husband and I have both been here and we both had good experiences. I went on a Friday with an ear infection. I first went at around 11:00 am and there was nobody in the waiting room. I decided to leave because I wasnt sure if it was just congestion or an ear infection. I was back at 1:40 pm and ended up being there until 3:20pm just to have a 5 minute meeting with the doctor who confirmed it was an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. So, go earlier in the day if possible. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would definitely go back. Glad I had my phone to read and watch TV while waiting. (They have free wifi.) Turns out I could have just gone to the Nurse Practitioners at the Walgreens clinic, but Im not sure if that would have been any faster. There is no pharmacy at the AFC location on Dallas Hwy in Marietta.

If there was a choice for no stars, I would have chosen it. AFC Urgent Care has some of the most icompentent doctors I have ever seen. I was there today complaining of a cough for 4 days. The doctor who was there diagnosed me with pharyngitis, which my throat did not even hurt. She would not give me a decent cough medicine for my cough and the antibiotic she prescribed is not used to treat cough. Needless to say I went to another urgent care for a second opinion. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection. This is the second time the doctors at AFC have missed diagnosed me. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY SICK!!

Come here for my annual physical. Each year it gets worse and worse. They dont listen . They make you fill out incorrect forms even though you tell them they are incorrect. The nurses are rude and rushed. They dont listen why you say what you need. I tell them I do not need a urine sample they try to force you anyway. I tell them exactly what I need and the nurse argues. I know what I need for my physical so dont tell me otherwise. Plus she reeked of cigarettes. Definitely my last time using them. Lets see how horrible tje dr is this time cant be mu h worse than the last. But I will say dr ansari is an exception to this.

. disappointed in todays visit,,,brought sis in law here,,said how fast and friendly they were. In the past yes they have been,,,today 3 hours and still waiting. Waiting room was very hot, dont keep u updated. Was nobody in there and while doing paper work,,3 couples came in. They too filled out the same paper work,,,but one by one, they went back. When asked what was going on they said soon as X-ray is ready,,,must be a new doc,,,,,new somebody,,,this was totally ridiculous. 3+ hrs, now lets c how long it will b in back. Final result no X-ray was given. So the hold up??? Oh and doc was in room 10 minutes,,, :(
