I work in the medical field as an emt and had to have a drug screen for my paramedic school. This was the closest approved facility to me. When i called to schedule i was hung up on 3 times before i was able to reach someone and when i did tall to them they told me it was walk in. They told me i could email them the form they needed, but i had to be in the facility to email it to them, so i drove over there to have my drug screen and email them the form. Whe i arrived, the lady at the front desk was not friendly and later found out pretty useless. She gave me forms to fillout and an email to send the form to. 15 minutes later i asked and she said they had not received the email. She said to send it from another email or step outside to send it. It had gone theough on my end, but i obliged. Over the course of the next hour i emailed them 5 different ways to 2 different email addresses, to no success. Another gentleman was in the same boat and they were offering no solutions. The front desk lady refused to let us talk to anyone else, i offered to email her personally and she refused. So after being told i had to come up there to email them and it being successfully emailed multiple times on my end, they told me to come back another day and it should be in their system, that their system must be slow today....so i left, that was a week ago today. I hadnt had time to make it back up there until today, so i called to mae sure it was in their system. After about 10 attempts of it hanging up on me i finally talked to who i believe was the same lady. I told her who i was and was gonna come vack just eanted to make sure it was in their system now. She proceeded to tell me that it was probably not in the system because they delete stuff every couple days, whatever that means. At this point i was done and am gonna reschedule with another clinic. Maybe if your a walk in and they can bill you crazy amounts they will be more helpful, but for a prepaid drug screen this place was awful, unprofessional and im not sure how they are in business. The front desk lady never smiled and was completely unhelpful, not who i would have as thee face of my clinic, but not my problem. Never wrote a review before, but tgis experience compelled me to do it.

I walked in on a Monday my right breast was red, swelled, hot! I think staph, but no drainage! Dr. Prince lanced the lump, milked a lot of infection out! On Wednesday Dr Caruso checked it out! Got lab on 1 and strep . Immediately he agreed with the the treatment by Dr Prince! I received 2 shots and added antibiotics. Tomorrow is Monday and I am going in, daily, my daughter is going with me to be able to pack and clean at home. Come in like 2 days! I saw Dr Caruso a couple years back and he introduced me to a ointment to swap nose to avoid staph possibly this strep! I promise you that everyone I had contact with was great! Very friendly, prompt , and sympathetic . I wish I didnt have to pay $50 a visit, my parents pay out of pocket! I see a pain management Dr . Then prescriptions . that usually totals $330 each visit. I love the staff I feel like I am coming home now. Both Drs are far better than the most Ive seen! They actually care about everything. I just thought Id share this with an administrator , That staff always smiles! There is nothing that would be too much to reward the very honorable DRs and every staff member. I have never had better treatment! Thank for for the time , also commend the staff and Drs , I trust them 100%! God bless people who actually care the way that office does! Mindy Ball ! Im a current patient. I wanted to let you know that the office is incredible. Thank you again

My husband & myself( the patient ) were traveling from Easton Md. I wasnt feeling well. We were house hunting in Woodstock Ga & my husband thought I should have my blood pressure checked . I knew I had a possible problem when I left Easton, Me ( my doctor had alerted me & I never ever had this problem-- usually lower side).Urgent Care was clean & friendly . . The assistant to Dr.Lutin was very friendly & calming to me. Yes, I had a bit of an issue.. Dr.Lutin was very thorough, polite & a real gentleman. He prescribed me blood pressure medication. The very next day Urgent Care followed up with a call , to see how I was doing. I told them, that at the Woodstock Pharmacy, the pharmacist told me that I could have an allergic reaction . As, she saw listed that I was allergic to sulfur drugs. I wasnt that concerned & refuse the prescribed medication. The next day ,thats when Urgent Care called with a follow up. I explained what happened & Dr.Lutin immediately ordered a new med. Saw my family doctor on Monday & he was impressed that Dr. Lutin prescribed the right med for me. I continue with another follow up July 5th with my family doctor. Thanks for the care i got & for the concerns . If I am in Woodstock Ga again , I would not hesitate to use this service. God bless each of you. . Deborah Ann Mayhew

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here yesterday out of urgency b/c my PCP could not see me until today and I had severe kidney pain from symptoms of a UTI. I was given a urinalysis which showed uti and bladder infection signs including blood in urine. I am also type1 diabetic, so any sort of infection should be treated immediately. Instead of listening to my symptoms, the Dr. asked me all sorts of questions about my diabetes and said that I could possibly have pancreatitis as apposed to UTI. I told him that my diabetes is very well monitored by my endocrinologist and my PCP as well as my GI Dr. (all within Piedmont healthcare) and that is not the reason why I was coming to urgent care. He proceeded to tell me that he would NOT be giving me any antibiotics b/c he had never seen me before and suggested I go to the ER instead. So I left in tears, in pain, and no antibiotics to relieve my symptoms. I was very discouraged at the fact that this was a urgent situation and nothing was done and it was a waste time and money.

Do NOT by any means go to this location. The doctors dont even look at you when youre talking to them. No common respect. You can in there so sick that youre on the brink of having to be admitted to the hospital for weeks, and they will do nothing to help you. You can cry and beg, but youll get no help at this location. Im serious, none. And Im a medical professional that went there for help and I got dismissed. I cried I was in horrific shape and the doctor (Dr. King) was the coldest Ive encountered in some time. And Ive worked almost 10 years in the medical field, from ICUS to clinics such as AFC. This clinic should be disgraced in all forms. She refused to treat me and showed no respect of the AFC creed that hangs on every wall of the establishment. I paid for treatment and didnt receive any. Even after begging. Do not by any means go here. Youll have to beg for help and still never get it. These people will have to answer for their deeds one day. Thats the only peace I have. They really lucky Im not pressing charges.
