I took my girlfriend to this doctor today.The entire office was unprofessional.We didnt see an employee at reception desk for twenty(20) minutes.Then,she was quick to get the payment.We were waiting for an hour & a half in the waiting area.Then,we were brought back to a treatment room.We sat there for thirty minutes.The doctor FINALLY called us to the actual treatment room.She asked a few questions & did the same assessment that was done in the ER/ED.She made a diagnosis & did a prescription.She didnt explain her diagnosis.She didnt explain the medicine that she prescribed.Then,she basically dismissed us.Also during this visit,others were leaving due to the wait.This is SUPPOSE to be a specialist.This practice is SO cold.

Waited over 90 minutes for initial consultation and already spending a ton of time waiting for procedure. I cant possibly understand how every patient can be waiting this long, especially for scheduled procedures. Theres only one conclusion I can come up with- they overbook intentionally to make a profit. If I read these reviews before coming, I would have never booked appointments here. I never will again.

I visited Dr. Jeffers about two weeks ago. I waited over an hour to be seen, and then it felt very awkward because they led me right in to where she was doing paperwork. She asked "Can I help you?" and I had to ask "Am I being seen right now?" because it did not feel like a doctor visit at that point. I have called repeatedly for my results and never receive a call back.

They ended up billing me MUCH more than the original quote. They also didnt tell me in the consultation that there would be even more charges for anesthesia. I would NOT recommend them. And when I call to tell them to improve their customer service by giving accurate quotes and full disclosure, they cut me off and tell me not to call anymore....
