Having to go to the doctor in the first place is not a pleasant experience and this doctor did nothing but make it more so. I have gone here twice because apparently I didnt learn my lesson the first time. I have sun damage on my shoulders and every dermatologist Ive been to (including the one since Dr Arasi) has told me the spots on my shoulder are harmless and to just keep sunscreen on when outside. Dr. Arasi pushed the first time to use his handy little liquid nitrogen sprayer on them, claiming it will help "prevent" anything. Well I can see why, he sprayed 3 spots on my shoulders (all of 1 second) and I get a bill for $270 on top of my visit!! This last time I went, I was determined "check-up only!" and I do, in and out in less that 5 minutes?!? really and he told me he didnt need to check my legs since there wasnt anything there last time. Well I got my next bill... they charged me for the cryo-spray again even though it wasnt performed. They are claiming it was done otherwise it wouldnt be on my bill. So if you dont mind being rushed through a checkup and feeling like your doctor could care less so that he can get to his other 50 patients they schedule for him that day and then pad the bills a little more with NONSENSE charges, then by all means, schedule your appointment.

okay, not sure how many of you DONT realize that looking for moles is EXTREMELY important. My husband had two removed that were sent off to be tested and they were cancerous. He then had to have surgery dont to make sure that it had not spread to his lymph nodes. We were lucky that DR Arasi caught it as early as he did and we now do go see him regularly (my entire family) for mole checks alone. It may seem to be a bother to you, but if it keeps you from dying i dare say its a bother to take seriously. My husband, my daughters, my daughters boyfriend, myself and a neighbor all see him yearly and he has taken good care of us. He may be brief and to the point, but thats fine with me...i know he is busy as am i, so i appreciate it!

As a 8 or 9 year patient of Dr Arasi I can only say that he is one of the best Dermatologist in Woodstock. My wife also goes to him for her bi-annual checkups. Dr Arasi has found cancer on my face that if not correctly diagnosed it would have spread to the bone. I had it surgically removed as well as other cancerous growths. I can only say that I have received the best care possible with Dr Assari and his wonderful staff.

He walked in with his little mole freezing thing even though I was there for poison ivy. He wouldnt talk to me about the poison ivy until he had done the exam for moles. I should have walked out at that point. He spent all of 30 seconds on the poison ivy, if that long. Seriously, if youre not there for a mole or something that might be cancerous, dont let him examine you because hell find some way to pad your bill.
