I made an appt at My Eye Doctor - with no contacts left (my problem, not theirs) - a week before my trip. Dr. Demetrios was absolutely wonderful! Not only did they give me 2 spare sets to use while mine were on order, but I started panicking when the contacts hadnt arrived in the mail 4 days later. Again, not their problem!! I called back to see if they could track the order. I was terrified Id leave with one spare set and just knew something would happen! Christy actually offered to give me another back-up pair because they hadnt arrived yet. As I was leaving, Crystal called me back to say they were showing delivered! Sure enough, hidden on my porch were my contacts! I cant describe how wonderful they all were to help me, offer ANOTHER set to calm my nerves, then to track my order and call me back. You really have to be thankful for people like this, and I want them to know how much I appreciate their help, understanding and customer service.

they became impatient when I tried the third contacts brand in their office, as the last two brands made my eyes feel dry and hard to take it out. One guy said maybe its eyes problem, thats what eyes normally do. he is using a very rude attitude to let me go with one brand. Also a women in the front started murmuring with others, she suggest an appointment with the doctor to take the exam, she murmured with others not letting me try on the contacts and see what doctor says. if there is 0 star, I will rate it 0 star. Its a terrible experience, they dont consider others feeling!

finally left this place and found a new eye dr! this place has a new eye dr every other week! there is never a good standing / long term dr that stays here long enough to even get to know you! the past 3 times i have come here there is a new dr as the other ones left!! they have the same nice staff for years, but they cant keep their drs more than a couple weeks! im sorry but when it comes to my eye Dr, I want someone who knows me and the care of my eyes. The past couple of Drs were not good and unprofessional - I am so glad My family and I finally left this place!

Do not go here!!! On a follow up of contacts exam, the person who did the first part of eye exam was rude both visits. When I went back in for follow up I apologized that maybe I had come in on the wrong day when they didnt have an appt for me. To which I was told they had nothing for me at all, without an apology but I was made to feel like a liar. Wish there was 0 starts but the young lady that helped me with the checkout was nice so she needs some credit. DONT GO!!!!!!!!

The doctor i saw here was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me. the staff was friendly and professional, and my glasses came in no time.
