First time walking in and will not go back!!! Its was a Saturday just going to get my grandsons glasses he lost his needed replacement is all... This office was daighters choice not mine, but they are open the hours i work so its been difficult getting in so my only time was Saturday and this office is only open until 1:30 with my running around I had my 9lb yourkie with me just picked her up from groomers had her in my arms to habe the reception be ok with it to then have this other female who was working in the front and with someone get ignorant about me having her in my arms.. No sign was up they dont sell food didnt think that was going to be a big problem.. Didnt need that ignorant attitude!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called in to reschedule an appointment I had booked..I man with an accent answered the phone and told me I would be charged for having to reschedule. Once I attempted to explain that I want not made aware of that rule and someone should have told me that when I booked this apt. He than got rude with me and hung up in my face. I called back a few days later "today" 3/16/17 and spoke with a lady... I told her about what happened and she told me the guy w/ the accent was in fact the doctor... and that he is the only doctor at this practice. Very unprofessional!!!

After being diagnosed with "HSV - Keratitis" in January 2011 by Dr. Osayi, he then referred me to an eye disease doctor. Since then I have tried many eye care places to fit me with the proper stylist frame and lenses with poor results. I went back to Dr. Osayi in February 2017 and you guessed right, I am now seeing better than I have in years. If you want the best eye care that available in the market then F & M Family Eye Care is the place. The place is neat and clean and Dr. Osayi in the best. Dr. Osayi has been my eye doctor for a few years and everytime I visit the office the receptionist and technicians are professional and pleasant. Dr. Osayi is always thorough and considerate to whatever I have going on. He always gives input on what he thinks is best for my eye care and the most cost effective approach to take. I would recommend this office to my family and friends. The quality of the care I receive there is superb and the customer service is above excellent!

Long wait time before you can see the doctor and contacts take forever to come back after you order them. They told me it takes about two weeks for your contacts to come back after you order them BUT its been three weeks and STILL no contacts!!! This was my first and last time coming here!!!

Their idea of customer service is not optimal. I went in just for safety eyeware, and the Dr. denied helping me because he did not want to waste his time with ordering glasses for me and having to send them back in the event that they did not fit or whatever the case may be.

They take forever to answer the phone so we could make an appointment. When we get there its very crowded with children playing all over the place. You have to pack your patience before going to this place.
