I have gone to Dr. Jones at The Vision Center several times over several years. I have found them to be accommodating, helpful and kind. One instance, I picked up my glasses and couldnt see well. I went back the next day, told one of staff members who talked to the Doctor. He came out into the Eyewear center and ask me to describe what I was seeing. Ask me if I could read a sign hanging at edge of store and Vision Center. He immediately knew what was wrong. Had the lenses sent back where they were made. They were back in a short time. He checked them on me himself. The problem was fixed. I had no more problems with them. The last time I was there they were very helpful. They do more testing than an ophthalmologist did when I went to him. Any problems I have experienced there were minor and with the Vision Center staff.

Very disappointed with service from optometrist. Had a childs vision checked in January and ordered glasses. Still no word on 3/31/15 after 4 phone calls. Walmart employees in vision center, who are separate from optometrist, are helpful, but Dr. Jones staff have not been.

Just went for an eye exam and contact fitting. I was seen by Dr. Payne and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help me. The whole staff was very pleasant and very helpful.
